Short walk to beach

The house was great for the purpose of our trip, which was not to spend a ton of time in the house itself. We came for the beach and activities, the house was more for sleeping, breakfast and lunch! Super close to the beach, easy walk even with all of our stuff!!! The location relative to Duck was amazing, only a mile to get into town, so easy for walking or bike riding to all Duck has to offer. Also very quiet location, no heavy traffic, or anything. Peaceful!Check-in and out were excellent and easy, not a ton of requirements when you leave, which we appreciated. The home/property could have been a little more clean/maintained when we arrived. Basic items were done/cleaned, bathrooms were in great shape, but a couple pieces of furniture were broken (which we shared with the owner and they were super responsive over and thankful we reported to them) and the grill wasn’t cleaned out, and some loose fishing tackle was in the car port - some things that probably the last renters did not follow through on with their check-out process - unfortunate, but not entirely the owners’ fault by any means.Overall good experience, would recommend.

The walk to the beach is shorter than we anticipated and the sand shower was nice bonus. Great location.

Property is as advertised! Short walk to the beach Well maintained and Well equipped Beach house Easy check in and out Nothing bad to say Had a Great time! Definitely recommend and Will be a return customer if you will Have us!
