Perfect location and cleanliness

A bit noisy from the street.

very comfortable and cozy appartment - perfect for our group (4 adults +2 children). It's located in a great place - near the beach, shops, the old town, the castle and restaurants. The public transport makes it very easy to get from appartment to the airport and other locations. Contact with the owner was great and she was extremly helpful and hospitable. Bear in mind that the appartment is located in the centre - it can get loud at nights, especially during weekends.

Flat was located in a very central area. It was very comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely go back.

Everything. Perfect location for absolutely anywhere in Alicante. The apartment is beautifully furnished. 10 minute walk from the beach and surrounded by shops, bars, cafe, restaurant, supermarkets and so much more. Rosa was so helpful. We conversed via WhatsApp which was perfect as this bridges the language barrier. Rosa was even kind enough to book our family a taxi, as my poor attempt at Spanish could not be understood. I don't think we could have found a better location. Made even better with Rosa's help. Thankyou so much. Our first stay in Alicante was an absolute joy.

Not a thing.

The location is perfect! walking distance to everywhere, restaurants, beach, shopping area. The apartment is super comfortable. Big enough for 6 people with 2 complete bathrooms, lift, kitchen, balcony, etc

It was very noisy at night, probably it was bad luck but once there was a party downstairs and next day the truck that pick up the garbage was making so much noise that it was difficult to sleep.

Light, modern apartment that was exceptionally clean. Welcomed by the owner who went out of her way to accommodate our requirements.Great location for restaurants and bars, shops and the beach.
