Great appartement Great location

I liked the accessibility of the location, the nearest beach CTO beach is very close, less than 5 minutes by car. CTO Public Beach is not crowded and you can park on the edge of the beach. During the weekend some people spent the night on the beach. The apartment is furnished with everything you may need, like a home away from home. Also if you want you can go to Ayia Napa, there are a lot of beautiful beaches in the range of maximum 30 minutes by car.

Spacious, well equipped for a family that cooks, well designed property for a family, excellent location close to everything, the pool, the receptionist at the property, the communication with the owner, the detailed instructions and info sent to us.

location. perfect for us to get around and visit all our family and the various beaches and places. quiet location. management very quick to respond to queries.

the pillows were atrocious. so old and lumpy. also, no mattress or pillow protectors.

Exceptional quiet place. Don't book if you have no car available.

The property was clean and quite well equiped. It was a good location for us as it was close to relatives in the village. The room could have been bigger but the balcony space was enormous. Some food was left for us in the room which was very useful.

The kitchen units and some of the furniture could have been of better quality but was adequate for our needs.

Very nice apartments. There was clean, quiet and the pool was well maintained. The apartments are spacious with a large kitchen and fully equipped. I recommend.

There was a small stream in the shower, but it's not so big a problem

First of all, the grade I give the place is very high. We rented three apartments and a penthouse. The apartments were clean and tidy and equipped with kitchen utensils, washing machine, microwave. A number of basic items such as a loaf of bread, a basket of apples, milk, yellow cheese, sausage, coffee and tea awaited us in the apartments. The complex has an outdoor swimming pool and an indoor pool, a gym and a sauna. There are permanent residents in the complex and apartments for occasional tourists like us. It should be taken into account that the complex is very quiet and noise is unacceptable. Before we arrived we tried several times to call by phone but we didn't get an answer, then we turned to the WhatsApp channel and got an immediate answer. We then used WhatsApp and the responses were quick and kind. Each of the apartments received private marked parking. Be careful not to slam the door when the key is not with you. It is not possible to open the door without a key.

1. We were in February. And indoor swiming pool was not only cold but very very dirty. We didn't have any fun of using it. 2. Airheating was working 24h/day. It was very noisy. 3. We expected more regarding to description at Booking. Maybe because it was winter

I liked they had left food for breakfasts.

Lengthy document with history and stuff is provided, but nothing about how the hot water system works. After taking a cold shower, we had to figure out the button "Boost" is meant for the hot water. Because we thought it could've been for the air ventilation or something else and wasn't really pushing the button. But yeah, it is for the hot water.

It was clean had a nice view 👌 had everything I needed for my stay 😌

Fairly quiet area and remote area. Comfortable beds. Reasonably good Internet. very good communication with host who also welcomed us with some food in the fridge.

only few minor points. aircon was noisy and was dripping water. toilet very very small with no window. property advertised as big however you need to be aware that big part of is a balcony possibly size of extra 2 rooms.

Contact with the owner was superb, the view from the balcony, the apartment was fully equipped and extremely clean. Good localisation, we could use sauna and swimming pool.

For me it was a bit cold in the apartment despite heating till 30 degrees there was wind coming from the air conditioner (maybe I'm not used to it). It was cold for me at night and the air was too dry for sleeping while heating. In summer there is excellent solution.

Costumer service and village

Nice apartments, cozy beds and sofas. Heating in all rooms and good water heating system! Kitchen has all u need, and extra surprise was waiting- fruits, juice, water, bread, butter, ham and cheese, instant coffee and tea. Inside heated pool, gym and sauna.

Under the blanket is only a sheet, not duvet cover.
