It was clean , very comfortable bed , plenty of pots , pans , beautiful decorated . Spacious and quiet .

Plastic plant in bathroom no space to put toiletry bag or make up bag . No lighting to put make up on. Hooks on top of bathroom door stopping the door from shutting. Small things but irritating .

It was very comfortable and clean and very thoughtful. Was provided with a package of beverages and biscuits to start us off.

It was advertised that it came with washing machine and tumble-dryer, however, it was not so. Hence, a 8/10. Perhaps details in the kitchen facilities should be updated in booking.com?

The property is modern and styled in a home from home kind of way. Very cosy and not over cluttered. The location is fantastic - just a 15 minute walk into the centre. Where you immediately see the entrance to the shambles which is opposite The Golden Fleece pub. There is an Asda supermarket on the walk which was highly convenient. We drove so the free parking space was an absolute must and was the main reason we booked this property - that and the location. The property itself was clean with everything you need (although no shower gel - just soap). The bed was comfy and the shower was nice and hot. Plenty of toilet rolls, clean towels and there was a fab kitchen pack with everything you need to wash and dry anything you use. There is a dishwasher but we had no reason to use.

There wasn’t anything not to like. For us it was perfect and met our needs.

the flat was large, clean and well-equipped. The bed was very comfortable.

There were a few hitches. The shower had no power at all. I had asked for nothing scented in the flat, and I didn't think to include the towels... they smelled so strongly it took two days for the bedroom not to smell flowery ( quite a problem for my allergies) . My main regret was that although it is a 15/20 mins walk to town, it isn't one that a woman alone could do at night - you have to walk in an "industrial zone" with no open stores or restaurants. It didn't feel safe. Oh, and the cab couldn't find n31 ... because it isn't written anywhere. So finding the place was mostly guesswork.
