Amazing view, 3 swimming pool available, good size room.

Main part of waiters doesn't speak English.

It was adult only hotel, so the hotel and pool was quiet. Room was spacious and bathroom seemed to have been recently refurbished.

I'm starting to be quite annoyed with Booking as we never get the room we think we're booking. I thought I was booking an intimate garden view room at the new building, but what I got was the old building facility (which you don't see on the photos obviously) with view to the pool and to our neighbors bedroom. I wouldn't have paid that money if I knew. Breakfast was disappointing, it was very poor quality.

Location

The room number 14 needs an upgrade and the hotel needs to solve the sewerage issue cause it smells and attracts all kinds of insects. We were awaken twice by the staff trying to fix that issue which is very understandable and appreciated however it could be done later and not between 7. And 8 am. Also a warning could be useful letting us know some work was about to be done. Also during the check in we were told our room was not ready at 13.45 and that we would have to wait for 2 hours and they would call us when the room was ready. Nobody called and we waited 3.30 hours to go into the room. The last note is perhaps towards you, Booking, cause the room was not what you’ve advertised. This is the first time o write a review like this in more Than 15 years booking my travels with you.

Comfortable bed and good shower. Swimming pools were lovely and a good choice at breakfast. Nice location

I was very surprised that a hotel with 3 swimming pools charges you additionally for a towel, especially considering the price we'd paid to stay there. Also no bottled water provided, and a coffee machine that you had to pay for capsules, but no kettle . Never had these things happen in a hotel before

Advertise sea views when quite a few rooms don’t really have a sea view just a glimpse - they have a pool view, bedroom not quite as shown in photos. It was clear people were arriving expecting a sea view and being told it could be sorted the following morning

Excellent location, large rooms and beds. Great food and excellent service. Plenty of room around the pool areas

Sun loungers could be better

Binibeca is the most beautiful town ,we had a car so we ventured to a lot of other places on the island however every time we wish we stayed in binibeca that day. Bed was comfortable.

Kitchenette is a waste, we did a food shop to be able to cook in the apartment which was the main reason we booked here, no knife to cut with, no pans or pots to cook with on arrival, no cooking utensils etc. It took 4 days of serious complaints to finally recieve some utensils, each time we were made out to be difficult as no other rooms have these things? eventually I think one of the staff brought the items from home which meant we could cook some of the things we had bought. Booked a junior suite, but the more standard rooms were alot nicer so seemed to be a waste of money. Toilet leaked twice with no acknowledgement of the inconvience from the reception team. When we arrived the apartment had a musty smell which did not leave for the duration of the trip, the floor had lots of spilled paint, cieling lights had no covers and the wall mounted lights were not fixed properly. Room had not been cleaned since the last booking I think as lots of dead insects on the counters & floor, especially by the front & back door - after I had cleaned down all surfaces the day we arrived the cleaner came the next day and cleaned all the floors, patio furniture etc and you could see a clear difference from how clean it now was compared to our arrival. Asked for an Iron & board, was given an iron and told they did not know what I could iron on, completely pointless. Seriously lacking in hospitality skills, such a beautiful location but unfortunately poorly executed accomodation. If things are wrong or are missing the staff should not make us feel as though we are causing an inconvienince, the inconvience was to us having to constantly go back to reception as there is no way to call them from your room.

The location was nice and quiet near Binibeca but it may be far from the main spots of the island like Ciutadella or the best beaches. But it was still manageable and great

peaceful and restful stay. The staff were all polite and friendly. The pools were immaculate, the views from top pool over lookingv the sea was great way to spend few hours. Very handy for the small village near by. Bed was extremely comfortable and finally the breakfast was amazing!!!. Menorca is lovely place to visit would strongly recommen hiring a car and explore all the little beaches and towns.

location is peaceful and romantic. nice breakfast buffet, even without so many gluten free or lactose free choices. adults only

you need a car! for getaway the price for one person is high!

The resturant, resturant staff and the location.

The breakfast was ok however a lot of flies in the restaurant for breakfast. The part that was most displeasing was the ants in the room. I had grapes out on the counter and was drinking a glass of wine while watching tv. A trail of ants were in wine and they devoured the grapes. I mentioned it to the front desk. She suggested I leave nothing out. Imagine that. So the take away is “don’t eat or drink in your room”.

The location, the breakfast, the stuff was quite friendly and the pools were good

The room was a bit old, the gym was super old, some material was missing, didn’t feel was nice to workout so I just did one of the days.

The breakfast area seemed understaffed and quite often there was no fresh crockery and knives and forks etc. Long queues for the coffee machines too. They also seem to have a problem with flies. None of this spoilt my holiday, however.

Hotel v/expensive for drinks and food

I liked the location of the hotel and the superking bed. There is an adjoining bridge to take you over to Binibeca village and restaurants. There is a great cove for snorkeling and swimming just out the front door and go left for about 500 metres,truly spectacular. If you are getting around by bus ,you can get this bus to Mahon by going across the bridge and through the small village and the bus stop is just to the right of the larger supermarket.

The pool at the reception block was missing tiles which was my first observation, this is quite an easy fix for a 4 * hotel . Then onto the room,, the shower was not working from the rain shower part which also was really dirty , the tiles were dirty and broke in three places around the room . The toilet around the seat and brackets was dirty and the toilet brush was yuk! The light on the steps outside which was dangerous as we were on the top floor,I must state that all the rooms are like a motel layout rather than hotel.

Great picturesque location at Binibeca Vell. Comfortable room with excellent aircon looking over the pool out to sea. Friendly and helpful staff and great buffet breakfast.

Evening menu somewhat limited but we like eating out. They should really have given us advance notice of the filming that took place in the pool during our stay. However it was easy for us to have a day exploring the island.
