Das Zimmer war ausreichend von der Größe und es war genug Platz für Kleidung etc. gegeben. Es waren genügend Steckdosen vorhanden. Das Bad war auch in Ordnung, mit Handtuchheizkörper. Dusche leider etwas undicht. Frühstück war vielfältig und gut.

Leider waren die Matratzen extrem durchgelegen. Dies wurde am 3. Tag nach mehrmaligen Bitten durch Drehung der Matratzen etwas verbessert... Abends hört man noch spät das Klappern von Geschirr vom Restaurant, welches sich im EG mittig nach oben offen, befindet. Parkplatz für die Hotelgäste meist überfüllt. Das Schwimmbad ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und das Wasser ist nicht wirklich warm. Überall dreckig, schimmelige Fliesenfugen etc. Die Sprudelliegen gingen im Außenbereich gar nicht und bei den Damen funktionierten nur 2 Duschen.

Saubere Zimmer, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, leckeres Essen.

Keine wirkliche Kritik, aber man merkt, dass das Hotel und der Rest der Anlage sind nicht mehr auf dem neusten Stand. Aber es war alles ordentlich und sauber und wir würden trotzdem wiederkommen.

Staff was mostly friendly and helpful. Location near the beach/sea is good. Some nice restaurants nearby.

Very bad value for money. Beds are comfy but the rooms are not 100% clean, especially in the bathroom we‘ve expected better interior and cleanliness from a 4* hotel. The free aqua park is very small and we got bored after just 40 minutes (might be different for kids thought). We also paid for the sauna (lastminute, 13€ per person) and had been very disappointed - just 4 saunas with a max occupancy of 3-5 people because of Corona are definitely not worth the money. Breakfast was OK but many of the dishes had been dirty so everyone touched many of the plates before choosing one. For us it will be a once in a lifetime stay in centerparks.

Unmotivated staff. Previous to the stay we had asked for a safe place to store our bikes, upon arrival nobody remembered about it.

The pool/water park was good fun! Top-floor hotel room was newly renovated with a nice bathroom.

The property was over booked and we were assigned a completely different accommodation type than we had booked. Staff were disorganised and rude; nobody could give straight answers. The surroundings were quite run-down. Tried twice to eat in the on-site Italian restaurant and both times waited more than one hr for the staff to just take our orders. Overall, the whole resort gave a feeling of just wanting to squeeze money from clients, without considering customer satisfaction. We will not return to this place!
