This is an older style property, but well maintained, with a great location right off the main beach road. Close walk or bike ride to shops and local restaurants. The condo is nicely decorated, spacious with good amenities. We would rent the same condo again.

This nicely renovated condo with a pool view was very clean, well stocked and spacious for 4 adults and two teenagers. Short 5-7min walk to the beach. Fun, short bike ride to the shops at Coligny. The only issue we had was the guest bed frame broke the second night and the sliding door was difficult to open but they came right out to fix both after we called. Also the check in process was a little frustrating- our condo wasn’t ready at 4pm check in time. We were in by 5:30pm. Pool was mostly quiet and beautiful. Condo had two tennis rackets (we bought tennis balls) so the teens were able to play at the courts on property. We would definitely stay here again. We pre-booked bikes from Island Life Bike Rentals which was great! Restaurants we love (definitely drive a car) Skull Creek Boathouse or Hudson’s, Restaurants to drive or ride bikes to.... Captain Woodys, Duck Donuts, One Hot Mamas, MooMoo Ice cream (at Coligny). Fun places... Harbortown in Sea Pines, Legendary Golf, Shops at Coligny, Shelter Cove Shops & Marina.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place has plenty of space. However we checked in a little late and made it to unit only to have to wait an additional 45 minutes for cleaning crew to finish And it still had a layer of sand everywhere. Reviewer Comments: we had a great time. people at the office were very friendly and in spite of the room not being ready at the check in time, it was not a hassle as the staff was extremely courteous. The unit is actually nicer then the pictures show. The rooms are large, furniture in good shape and kitchen has every gin you need. The place is a short walk to the beach but you do have to cross the street. There is no pedestrian crossing nearby, but most motorists are driving slow so not hassle to cross the street. The place is a short walk to the shops which is very nice. We loved that there was no carpet in the apartment. The kids used the pool as well and we prepared bbuce. All great. The only thing about the apartment is that the floor was not clean and we needed to take care of it before being able to use it, especially with a little one around. Most importantly, the sea is just perfect! Float around in that warm water the whole day! Amazing. Its our second time in HHIsland and we will be back - hopefully at your place! Thank you so much for letting us stay in your unit! We had a great time!

Plenty of space for six people to stay. The property is just a short walk to the beach, not to mention the walk is beautiful through the trees. The property was also a short bike ride to cologny plaza as well as a nice little shopping area. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend and I would definitely stay again during my next visit to Hilton Head.

The villa was spacious and had everything we needed. It was decorated nicely in a beach theme. Two and a half baths helped tremendously having 3 teenage daughters. My only complaint would be the numerous stains on the carpets. There were also a few stains on the towels and sheets. That didn't bother us much knowing the amount of traffic traveling through in a year's time, but I would take a closer look at some of those things and scrub them out or get a carpet cleaner in there. My home isn't spotless either so not a huge deal to us, but others might feel differently.
The villa is across the street and very close to the beach path. The walk to Coligny was short. This was a very enjoyable time for us.
