Nice, well kept property. Neighborhood feels nice and quiet and secluded but you are also a short drive away from the fun and activities of the mid-Cape area. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Convenient location to food, family activities and some nearby beaches that the owner was nice enough to recommend to us (although we ended up driving to the National Seashore). The house was immaculate and well-maintained. We really enjoyed the outdoor shower and the family room.

House is located south of rte 28, walking distance to 3 beaches. Our family of 4 was very comfortable and spent the majority of our time there in the 3 season room. The outdoor shower got lots of use as well as the grill. The host communication was excellent.

We stayed for the second year because we liked the location of the house. It is a quiet street and close to kids attractions and ice cream, which the kids loved. The house layout is also very convenient for us - family of 4. The sun room is where we spent most of the time when at the house. The new beds were very comfortable. We had another year of great time at the cape!
