The location is great, only a short walk to the malacon, several restaurants (2 blocks from La Casa Madre which is a must if you like Italian). This a cute little apartment & very well done & extremely clean.

Not one thing.

Couldn't imagine better place for summer relax. Apartament located in the heart of the city, 600 m from the beautiful beach. Restaurants and bars serving delicious food nearby. Our host waited for us and took us for a ride to show us main attractions in the neighbourhood. Well-equipped kitchen anex (fridge,cooker, coffee maker, toaster, blender, microwave), TV with Netflix, iron, hair dryier - you can stay there forever.

Everything was perfect

Amenities were excellent. Wifi was intermittent but fast when available. Water and coronitos were much appreciated.

Location was not superb., close to the Malecon but at the south most part. Communication was barely effective. If I had known the contact didn't speak English I would not have booked. I admit I made errors in my departure time and apologize.

The host was very responsive when i had questions or needs.

Water wasn't very hot in shower, and water pressure was very low.

This place really exceeded our expectations regarding the host, location, appearance and kitchenette. Drinks in the refrigerator for the welcome. Equipment for the beach - very useful for travelers! It also has its own secured parking, All these for a very convenient price. We had been a bit worried what to expect for this price, but all was fine.

Although giving the highest score for the property, it is fair to mention for the potential future guest the following. This place caters more for the young people. It has very appealing modern appearance, but it somehow lacks the practicalities added by a traditional women's touch (some shelves somewhere, more practical utensils in the kitchen). Some small repairs are needed (for example the knobs on the doors of the kitchen closets are all falling down, the faucet at the bathroom basin (otherwise quite fancy) is hardly standing. This could be also the fault of some guests not taking enough care of this nice property.

The apartment was nice, clean, modern, with a lot of thoughtful touches. The host is very accommodating about some Special requests.

The host is very strict about check-in / check out times. This caused us some inconvenience. But the times are posted and we agreed to that so it’s really not a complaint. And overall, it was great value and the hosts were kind.

Gerard, the host, is friendly, attentive and is happy to take care of any issue. Both checking in and out was easy. Overall, a great stay. Highly recommended.

Comfortable bed and couch, has table and chairs, kitchenette, ac, fan, hot water, 4 blocks from malecon, near several good restaurants, fairly new construction, quiet at night.
