Location is great, clean and tasteful apartment

It would be good to have a high-chair/lit bebe for babies or small children on the property. But it did have a great baby bed which was comfortable and already set up.

hot water ran out when the fourth pax took to shower in winter. was too cold to use the shower. maybe not a good place to choose for four pax

super well located and beautifully decorated and set up.

the only thing missing was shampoo in the bathroom. aside from this it was perfect

The location was fabulous. The decor is beautiful. The place is very charming. It was super clean with all necessary amenities and even more. The host was extremely nice and helpful.

There was nothing I did not like. It was perfect!

I didn't meet Anna, but she was very easy to reach and very kind in the communication. The appartment was nicer then expected; enough space and well laid out. The location could not have been better. It's right in front of the old castle and in the middle of the center. The wine bar right around the corner is nice too!

The interiors are really good and its a cosy apartment with all the facilities. Its quite near to the lake. The owner is really warm and helpful.

The only issue we had during the stay was wifi which we were told that it stopped working due to the storm but rest everything was really good.

Host made us feel welcome in corespondence.

It’s part of an ancient house and the shared courtyard and internal features such as the stone door steps reflect this. However the appartement has been renovated to a thoroughly modern standard and impressive fittings (for example the bathroom and kitchen) haven’t resulted in any loss of character. Although the appartement doesn’t have much of an external view you don’t miss one as the ambience inside is just so perfect and is a pleasant place to relax, cook or just be! The town of Annecy is of course very picturesque. The appartement is located in the mediaeval quarter; it is very quiet nevertheless. I met Anna who was charming and helpful; she responded to my questions and requests speedily. I thoroughly recommend staying there and hope to visit again.

It didn’t affect me, but I could imagine that someone with a truly enormous heavy suitcase might have difficulty getting it through the shared gate and down the few steps to the property.
