great facilities, super close to the beach

after the stay they introduced cleaning fees and extra money for each night we spent,which added up R750 extra +R2800 for two nights

This property is a private let and was in excellent condition, spacious, clean and comfortable. we originally booked through RCI timeshare swap and we’re in unit 55 which was very poor, rundown, dirty and in need of a complete update. We found that some units are privately let and we were fortunate to get unit 18 for the last five days of our stay. Yes, it cost us extra money that was not budgeted for but it was worth every penny.

There was nothing wrong with the private key unit 18. However, unit 55 booked through RCI was dirty and run down. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH RCI!

The owner is very friendly. He came in because we did not know how to use the invertor during loadshedding. He offered us to check out at 11... 11.30, so no rush with kids, we broke a goblet and he said it was okay, he will overlook it. Very kind. Generous man, Mr Naicker. We left the place in an unsatisfied state and he was kind about it. I did explain there was no mop for us to mop the floors. He Was not rude, he just expressed his opinion.

There are so many rules. Kids can't make too much noise. No music allowed, this even on new years day. Which is supposed to be a celebration!

Owner was hands on, available at any time if we needed anything. Load shedding did not affect the TV, wifi and some plugs due to inverter. 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet in each, ideal for family of 4. Walking distance from everything. Unit was cleaned daily

I was disappointed with the state of the Kitchen and the overall cleanliness of the apartment. It would be a wonderful place to stay were it a little more put together. It was in a great location surrounded by shops.

A lovely looking apartment, perfect for a family holiday, it had everything we needed

We had no hot water to shower which was disappointing
