Unsere Familie hatte in den letzten 12 Jahren die Gelegenheit, auf vielen karibischen Inseln Urlaub zu machen. Grand Cayman ist mit Abstand unsere beliebteste und meistbesuchte Insel! Nichts ist vergleichbar mit Grand Cayman, da es wunderschöne Strände, sprudelndes Wasser und spektakuläres Tauchen bietet. Neben seiner natürlichen Schönheit; Die absolut sichere und familienfreundliche Atmosphäre der Insel hat sie zu unserem Urlaubsziel gemacht. Wir haben in einer Vielzahl von Eigentumswohnungen und Resorts auf der Insel übernachtet und freuen uns, Crescent Point endlich als unser zweites Zuhause bezeichnen zu können. Diese neu renovierte Wohnung hat die beste Kombination aus Luxus, Funktion, Komfort und Erschwinglichkeit am Seven Mile Beach zu finden. Alles in Crescent Point # 6 ist neu und das schicke Dekor an der Küste schafft eine Atmosphäre der Entspannung und des Komforts.
Das Haupt- und das erste Gästezimmer haben Kingsize-Betten. Das dritte Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten, die auf Anfrage zu einem echten König umgebaut werden können. Alle Schlafzimmer verfügen über große Flachbildfernseher und viel Stauraum. Die Küche verfügt über brandneue High-End-Geräte mit zwei Heißluftöfen und ist komplett mit neuem Geschirr und Kochgeschirr ausgestattet. Die weitläufige Mittelinsel bietet Platz für Geselligkeit und Essen. Nach einem Tag am Strand, im Wasser oder beim Tauchen können Sie sich auf einer weichen, mit Daunen gefüllten Couch im Wohnbereich entspannen. Für die Taucher gibt es eine sehr große „Taucherdusche“, die das Spülen und Aufbewahren von Tauch- und Schnorchelausrüstung zum Kinderspiel macht und gleichzeitig die beiden Hauptbäder frei von jeglicher Ausrüstung hält. The condo was absolutely beautiful, and it was a perfect fit for our family of four. The location and parking was convenient, and there were a lot of amenities that were within walking distance. The pool and beach were both beautiful. There was a pretty bad storm a few days before our arrival which rendered the pool unusable for a few days. The owner went out of her way to make it up to us. Weather can be unpredictable, so she definitely did not have to do that! Highly recommend!

Our family stayed in this property for a week over the holidays and loved it. This condo is located on the first floor and is near the pool and not far from the beach. The setup was perfect for our family of 5.
The property setup and our experience with the owner was flawless. We were able to have groceries delivered to this property before our visit by coordinating with the owner and the property manager.
I would definatly recommend and am planning to come back next year.

We had a fabulous time in Grand Cayman with family & a friend! Jessica’s condo was on point; up to date deco, amenities beyond, location & daily housekeeping to top it off!! Pauline, the manager, was so kind & welcoming. Jessica answered every question we had in a timely fashion, which was much appreciated. Her recommendation of a private chef & the private chef’s recommendation of massage therapist made our stay @ Crescent Point a wonderful experience.
We thoroughly enjoyed the private beach area and the beautiful pool as well. We jet skied, paddle board, kayaked & snorkeled right off of the private beach area. We will be returning to stay @ Jessica’s condo; I highly recommend!!!

The location of this condo was perfect for us to walk to many eateries and light shopping. All tours picked us up since it was near the major hotels. The interior was exceptionally clean and well appointed for the price. The furniture was very comfortable and the kitchen stocked for any food prep needs including spices. The condo complex was very well maintained and quiet. Would definitely chose this property again!

Absolutely great property/resort and grounds; all were very clean and quiet. Property manager and owner were both very easy to communicate with and very responsive and informative. Beach and pool were fantastic, not busy, and well maintained. Guests/owners were all friendly. The place was spacious (loved the screened in porch for breakfast), clean, and well stocked. If you scuba dive there is a great dive shower. The island itself may be our favorite yet!! Cannot wait to return, thank you, Jessica and Pauline!!!

We stayed at Jessica’s condo for spring break. Jessica was very helpful with all my questions before the trip. She offered us early check in since our flight got in early. Everything in the condo was wonderful. We had the best week. The condo was well stocked with everything you need. The kids enjoyed all the board games and pool/sand toys. They also provided snorkel gear. Daily housekeeping was a nice bonus. The pool/hot tub was very close to the condo so you can go back and forth if needed. The beach was nice. Swimming was hard due to the rocky reef. But, you can swim and snorkel in a small cove next to the property. We went there a few times. My boys rented jet skis at the Marriott next door. The view from the beach was beautiful. Very private and quiet. There were a lot of nearby restaurants you could walk to. Peppers & Coconut Joe’s were our favorites. Everything was great. You will not be disappointed.
We look forward to coming back to Jessica’s condo.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The owner and property manager were a joy to work with, and the condo was exactly as described on the website. It’s in a perfect location to explore bars and restaurants to the north and south.
We rented a car, but would suggest if staying for a week that you examine daily rental options if you want to make excursions. Andy’s car rental is just across the street.

We had an amazing week and our accommodations set the mood perfectly! Jessica was a delightful host that ensured that every request was fulfilled; she made my bucket list vacation memorable for our family by allowing us to focus on relaxing and not worrying about anything else. Our only complaint was that we had to leave♥️

We loved our stay on Seven Mile Beach! The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. Our kids especially enjoyed the sand and pool toys, as well as the board games one rainy afternoon. We cooked some meals and took advantage of the screened in porch daily. The pool was nice and not crowded at all. The location was great as well - easy to walk to many restaurants and shops! We loved the beach sunsets!

We just returned home from our stay at Crescent Point #6. The condo was very comfortable for everyone. It is a garden view, first floor rear unit. We chose it because we had grandparents in their 80s who needed a walk out. The kitchen was well stocked and had all you need to prepare meals, the living room was a great chill space (note our parents in their 80's had a hard time getting out of the cozy couches). The outdoor patio was super comfy perfect to enjoy the lovely evening breeze. And having a washer and dryer was a big plus for the family.
What we loved about the location was it was quiet and not overcrowded. We had easy access to great restaurants and shops all with in walking distance or short drive. We rented a car and parking was easy.
Pauline and the rest of the staff very helpful and communicating with the owner was very easy and offered great suggestions. (Thanks for the Champagne!)
The grounds were well kept, pristine, and we enjoyed the free-form pool and hot tub. There were plenty of lounge chairs and tables.
A note about the beach and water access. While the beach is quiet, we didn't enjoy snorkeling or swimming from this part of the beach. The rock formations begin at the waters edge and extend out at least 20 feet. It was too dangerous to walk out from the beach. To the left, you could dip into a little cove in front of the property next-door. But to the right it was still rocky and much of the beach is washed out from the hurricane (including the Marriott beach). We decided to rent a cabana further north on 7-mile beach at the Westin for the day to enjoy the soft sand and clear turqiouse water for swimming and water sports.
Overall, we had a relaxing time and comfortable stay and would recommend this condo.

Best family vacation EVER
Our family had an outstanding time at Crescent Point. Every 5 star review is spot on with the amenities and service and overall experience. We did not rent a car and this worked out. Had a favorite cab driver who always made himself available to transport us. My teenage boys scuba dived for the first time and loved it! Assessing “excursions” was easy and walkable from the condo

Spectacular Vacation at Crescent Point
We have been to Cayman 19 times in 15 years and always stayed at the resort hotels. This is the first time we ventured out to stay at a condo in Crescent Point. What a difference! The condo was spacious, meticulously kept, stocked with all amenities needed, clean and beautifully decorated. It was very quiet and away from the hustle of the Christmas crowds. We were in walking distance to everything, restaurants, gym, Georgetown, the food store and Camana Bay just to name a few. But most importantly, the sea and the pool are just steps away. Jessica the owner and the onsite manager were organized, accommodating and hospitable. All we needed to do was show up. We even had housekeeping services which was a great attribute. This was the most relaxing and enjoyable vacation for our family. Thank you! We will be renting again for sure.

The perfect Cayman ‘home away from home’
I have been to the island several times for family trips, but this was the first time I went with a group of friends. I was thrilled to find a condo with three king size beds, and having that extra “dive” shower worked out really well too. It gave us ample space for everyone to be able to get ready in the morning or shower after the beach. The owners also had snorkel gear in there for us to use too, but we all brought our own, and used the shower to clean and dry them off every night (So much snorkeling, between SMB, Stingray City, Macabuca, Starfish Point ...!). Their kitchen and dining design was really fun, very updated, had everything we needed, and perfect for a group like we had. There was also so much space for us to just relax between the living room and screened in patio, and even the pool was fantastic right off of the beach. We found that this was really a great location on SMB to be in too, as it was the perfect walking and driving distance to everything. I can’t wait to book another trip here and to watch more Cayman sunsets from this stretch of Seven Mile Beach.

What a great property! We typically are the type that go for a 5+ stat hotel regardless of location, and this completely delivered. The bedroom, kitchen, living room, outdoor space.. what else could we ask for? Short of not having a bartender, this place was fantastic! The location was perfect - we were within a 4 minute drive of Kirk-Mart (Cayman's version of Whole Foods), a 7 minute drive to the cruise terminal for souvenir shopping, and a 5-minute drive to the best restaurants on the island. We tend to venture out and explore, but it was hard to pull ourselves away from the condo. The property was so serene and quiet. We cooked in the amazing and well equipped kitchen and enjoyed food and wine on the patio while we watched the lizards jump from bush to bush. When the weather got hot, it was a short stroll over to the pool. We also really liked having cleaning service and interacting with property owner (Jess) was so easy and helpful. Such a great trip. This place is great for both romantic getaways and family trips! We are looking at our calendars to plan our next visit!

Very convenient
Well placed on Seven Mile Beach. Initial communications on check-in. Traveled a long day to find that the condo had not been cleaned and manager unaware of our arrival. After they very quickly and thoroughly cleaned it, all was well and the staff was great. Daily cleaning option was a happy surprise. We didn't need it daily, but a nice option.

The 3 bedroom condo is beautiful. The pool is VERY close to the unit. The property manager and housekeeping crew are extremely nice. Excellent location. We would stay here again.

Beautiful place and excellent service!!!
The condo itself is very nice. While it has no direct water view (which we knew), it’s otherwise really great. It’s very well appointed, there are spices and condiments in the kitchen, and the daily housekeeping (except Sunday) was thorough and consistent. Pauline met us at the property late at night since our plane was delayed, and she was very nice and also quite helpful. And Jessica was so helpful in helping me decide on the place and then also helping me with some potential scheduling problems. We’re divers, and the place has a separate dive shower, although there’s also a tub, which made it easier to rinse our gear at the end of the trip. There were also plenty of beach towels that we took with us on the boat each day.
We’ll definitely rent this place from Jessica again if/when we next return to Cayman.

The location of the condo provided access to all the restaurants and hotels of 7mile beach, Camana Bay etc.. we rented a car and there was plenty of parking spaces.

Fun Times on 7 Mile Beach
We loved this location and beautifully decorated condo! This condo is stunning and has everything one could ask for! We especially loved the very thoughtful complimentary bottle of wine upon our arrival; so sweet! The accommodations are second to none and we absolutely loved spending time on the lanai every morning and night. They provided cleaning service every morning which was a nice surprise but not necessary. The beach in front of Crescent Point is rocky but just step in either direction to the north or south for beautiful sand. The pool was also spectacular. The only recommendation we would suggest would be to waive the extra person fee of $75 per night. We had a family of 5 (condo sleeps six) and had to pay $225 extra for the 5th person for 3 nights (we have 14 year old triplets). We have never had to do that before on a VRBO and those type of extra costs add up. Overall, this was a pristine place to stay on 7 Mile Beach and which we highly recommend.

Excellent stay
Had a blissful week staying at #6 Crescent Point. The condo was perfect for us. Beautifully decorated, steps away from the pool and beach. Really appreciated the snorkeling masks, the snorkeling right in your ‘backyard’ was incredible!! Close to great restaurants and we just flagged down a bus to get up and down seven mile beach.. Will definitely plan to return. A perfect 10 from us!! Thank you!!

A very enjoyable stay on Seven mile Beach!
We really enjoyed staying at Jessica's condo. The interior is beautiful (newly remodeled) and the screened in porch was very enjoyable late evening. The Condo is quiet and clean and has everything we needed for our vacation, including a fully equipped kitchen for any meal we wanted to make. We plan on staying here again in the future.

PARADISE!
The condo is beautiful. Every space has been thoughtfully renovated and decorated. The kitchen is well-equipped with all you need, including spices and oil which was nice. There were beach towels and sunscreen as well. The grounds are exceptionally well maintained and the pool area is comfortable and quiet. The beach is peaceful and uncrowded. Overall a fantastic stay.

Absolutely loved our stay!
We traveled to Grand Cayman for an extended weekend to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday and we’re so glad we chose this place for our accommodations. The owners were an absolute delight to work with and their communication was on point. We met with Pauline (property manager) when we arrived and she let us in to this pristine condo and explained all the necessary details for us before we started our fun filled weekend. The owners were generous enough to purchase birthday balloons, decorations, and some bubbly for us to celebrate as well...the best surprise ever!! The space was perfect for our group to spread out to each have our own bedroom and a large kitchen space for us to grab breakfast in the morning. We will absolutely stay here again and I couldn’t recommend it enough. The location worked out perfectly to visit all of the best spots on the island and parking was easy. Trust me and just book this spot for your next Grand Cayman getaway. We loved it and we’re confident you will too!!! One of our favorite things about the condo was the outdoor space...perfect for a morning cup of coffee or a delicious cocktail. We miss it already but we’ll be back soon.

Spectacular place, Spectacular location !
Our stay at the condo was AMAZING! Beautifully renovated with all the modern perks and comforts of home. We were able to walk up the beach to the many restaurants, bars and other venues at any time - everything is close by.
The complex is located at the southern end of the famous seven mile beach. After venturing out for a walk for morning coffee, lunch or a stroll you can then return to what feels like your very own private beach for peace, quiet and stunning sunsets.
The landscaping is lush and absolutely gorgeous, obviously very well maintained. The property has on site management, Miss Pauline, who was very pleasant and attentive.
We also loved relaxing by the pool or on the spacious screened in patio taking in the island breeze.
Our host Jess was just all around fantastic!
We would highly recommend a stay here and look forward to returning !
