Gorgeous Two Bedroom Villa with Private Pool located In a Peaceful Location
Diese im antiken Dorf Santa Barbara de Nexe gelegene, wunderschön erbaute Villa mit Terrakottafliesen bietet drei Schlafzimmer und all den Luxus und Komfort, den ihre Besitzer, ihre Familien, Freunde und Gäste erwarten. Ein privater Pool mit einer geräumigen, beleuchteten Terrasse, die von gepflegten und bewässerten Gärten umgeben ist und ein Gefühl der Ruhe vermittelt. Die Villa ist nach Süden in Richtung Meer ausgerichtet und bietet einen beeindruckenden Blick auf die Hügel der Algarve im Westen und Norden. Das Hauptschlafzimmer im zweiten Stock bietet nach Süden und Westen ausgerichtete Balkone mit einem bezaubernden Blick auf das Meer. Eine zweite Terrasse befindet sich hinter der Villa und ist mit einheimischen Palmen, Oliven- und Zitronenbäumen, Pflanzen und Blumen gestaltet. Ein Schwerpunkt liegt auf dem klassischen portugiesischen Grill, in dem Sie die Kochkunst üben können. Die Mahlzeiten werden auf einem einzigartig gestalteten Teakholztisch serviert und bieten Platz für 6 Personen. Ein privates Tor öffnet sich zu einer Einfahrt, die Tandemparkplätze für 2 Autos bietet.

We stayed in many rentals over the past years, but Laura's place is one of the top experiences we had so far. The villa is extremely well equipped with everything being of high quality. You can feel the love and pride that went into this place. Santa Barbara de Nexe is a quite and quaint town that offers several nice restaurants as a well as a small grocery store with all the essentials in walking distance. However, a large mall as well as a designer outlet center are also just a short drive away and the proximity to major roads provide easy access to the entire Algarve. While we explored all the hustle and bustle of cities and beaches along the Algarve, we also enjoyed the serenity of cool mornings and evenings on the peaceful terrace as a contrast. This balance made our trip definitely one of our favorite vacations and being allowed to use Laura's property as a base was a huge part of this experience ... not to mention the local management team, Syliva and Mickey, who were super supportive and such nice people. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Wonderful stay at a great Villa. We were met by the lovely Silvia . Villa was beautiful and finished to a very high standard, could not fault it . It was exactly what we wanted with peaceful and quiet surroundings . Santa Barbara de Nexe is a very small town but had a couple of nice restaurants and grocery store with everything you would need just a short walk from the Villa . Faro and Loulé were an easy drive or Uber away as was Mar shopping Mall and Designer outlet. We all loved our time here and will be back !

We had a beautiful house and a nice location. It was quiet and out of the tourism. We liked it very much. The Agency was helpful and always reachable. We will come back!

If you want to get away from it all. This is the villa for you. Situated on the outside of the village. A short walk to a supermarket, village shop, an Italian , fish restaurant, Portuguese bar and traditional food, a church. All perfect if you want to stay in a village . The villa was of a high standard , a kitchen that had everything you needed to cook a fabulous meal. The pool and poolside furniture tasteful . You will be very comfortable here. We never used the barbecue in the back of the property as the weather was too hot. We tended to eat inside with air conditioning. We did have a car and familiar with the Algarve so we were able to go to the beaches and towns. A perfect base.
