INNENAUFVERTEILUNG: Diese schöne Villa verteilt sich auf 2 Ebenen. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich 3 Schlafzimmer (klimatisiert) mit Doppelbetten sowie ein Schlafsofa (160 x 200), 2 Badezimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küche sowie ein geräumiges und helles Wohnzimmer mit TV und Kamin. In der Oberwohnung befindet sich das Masterschlafzimmer (Klimatisiert) mit angeschlossenem Badezimmer. Das Große Wohnzimmer mit TV und elekt.Kamin und offenner Küche geht über, auf eine weitere Terrasse mit einem direktem Meerblick und auf Moraira. Die Villa ist sehr großzügig und bietet noch Platz für ein Zustellbett.
AUSSENBEREICH UND GRÜNDSTÜCK: Erwähnenswert, ist das große Grundstück (ca 1000 m2) mit Blick auf das Mittelmeer, komplett eingezäunt. Wie auf den Fotos zu sehen ist, haben wir einen gepflegten Garten, der auf mehreren Ebenen verteilt ist, mit verschiedenen Bäumen und Pflanzen. Der Pool befindet sich in Richtung Süden und ist nicht einsehbar er ist umgeben von mehreren Sonnenterrassen (teilweise gedeckt),.Es gibt genügend Platz zum Sonnenbaden und abschalten . Die Außenküche direkt am Pool lädt ein zum Essen und Grillen im Freien.
Diese Eigenschaften machen diese Villa zu einer einzigartigen und idealen Immobilie für einen Urlaub an der Mittelmeerküste.
LAGE DER VILLA: Im Umkreis von ca.400 m befinden sich mehrere Cafés, Restaurants ein Supermarkt Mas y Mas sowie ein Baumarkt .Die Sandstrände und das Zentrum von Moraira mit seinen vielen Restaurants, Cafés und Bars sind in 15 Minute zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der ideale Platz um einmal ohne Auto Urlaub zu machen.

Die Villa ist geräumig, gut ausgestattet und in der Nähe von Annehmlichkeiten. Der Gastgeber war reaktionsschnell und hilfsbereit.

The host was super responsive to any small issues and helped me getting important docs printed. We had 26 family members and friends from around the world passing through over the 4 weeks we stayed there and it worked amazingly well. we enjoyed having our own floor and balcony with lovely sea views where we could have our alone time or have guests come up and join us for morning coffee and cocktails. The bar and outside kitchen was a fantastic feature, and was well used. would have preferred a gas bbq, which we would have used more often, but the charcoal was good too. we enjoyed the different areas of the cactus and succulent gardens, and there was always somewhere in the sun and shade to relax. We personally didn't need to use the AC, preffering the windows open, but some of our guests did occasionally at nightthe location was probably better than we hoped for with big supermarket in easy walking distance, and some great bars and restaurants in easy walking distance. We walked into town quite a lot, sometimes walking back or catching a taxi! the kitchen could have been bigger, given that we were cooking half of the time, but with a dishwasher, and separate bar fridge, and small fridge upstars too, its is easily manageable especially as we could just shop daily so easily. all i n all, highly recommend.

A fantastic stay. The location of the villa is great and the outside kitchen was a real bonus. Really good communication with the owner. The villa has everything you could ask for.

We were 8 people aged between 17 and 55 who stayed for 14 days in this fantastic villa. It’s a house that’s hard to truly grasp just from the pictures – we certainly found that it was much more spacious and much more beautiful than we had imagined before arriving.We fully enjoyed our stay; the outdoor space is absolutely incredible – there are lots of little corners, terraces, balconies, etc., where you can find peace and quiet, and the shared outdoor areas like the pool and bar are spacious and cozy. There is always shade to be found, plenty of sun loungers, and different spots to enjoy meals together.The area where the house is located is also absolutely fantastic – shops, restaurants, bars, a gym, various other stores, and the beach are all within walking distance. Wonderful.There were also well-functioning air conditioners in all the bedrooms, which made for some lovely nights in beds that, by the way, were really comfortable.It’s not the best-equipped house when it comes to household supplies etc, so bring; a few extras towels and dish towels, hand soap, dishwasher tablets, and dish brushes. Some bathroom doors got stuck, but the issue was quickly resolved by the host.All in all, we had a truly wonderful holiday – and it definitely won’t be the last time we rent this fantastic and charming house. The host is also an incredibly lovely, talkative, and welcoming person who will do everything to make sure you have a great stay.
