The house was in a great location for us. It was spacious, modern and well equipped. The pool was wonderful. It was such a hot weekend and the pool was perfect- clean, a great temperature and so inviting . The pool house was a great bonus with the games tables, tv and indoor bar. We really loved our time there and it was the perfect place for our 3 generations both before and after the wedding.The property managers were very accommodating and helpful in answering any questions I had.

We really enjoyed staying here. Some great things were the heated pool, hot tub and well supplied kitchen! Lots of space in this house! Saw a deer and five turkeys outside kitchen window.. Very private!

The house was very dirty. Dead bugs in the showers upon arrival. Ants constantly in the kitchen sink and counters. Even found ants crawling in our beds. centipedes in the house. Left over garbage from previous stay. The pool and hot tub were so dirty. We understand it’s inevitable that some leaves fall in the pool from the surrounding trees- but it was more than that. actual dirt in the pool. same with the hot tub. Wish the pool would have been professionally cleaned upon arrival. The location and size of the house was fine. just wish it was a little cleaner.

Reviewer Comments: I booked this house for a bachelorette party and it was perfect for our stay. 13 of us fit perfectly and could have even fit more with the additional sleeping arrangements that were there. The pool and hot tub were perfect and the house had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was fully stocked, there were a ton of pool floats, and plenty of towels and blankets. This location was great however there were a few things I wanted to leave a review on. The house over all was good but there were a few places in the house that were definitely not cleaned. The rules say “no drugs” but when we arrived the Pool house was definitely not cleaned well because there were marijuana remnants on the bar top. The pull out couch was not even placed back properly. And the ac was not working in the pool house. The main bedroom in the back gets extremely hot at night. We tried everything from lowering the ac to leaving the door open but the ac was not working in that room. Every other room in the house was freezing except that one. The ac in the pool house was also broken- they did send someone to come fix it but they didn’t even tell us about it- random men just showed up and started working on it- not a great feeling when we’re alone (all women) and strange men just appear. Same thing happened on our last day- someone just showed up to clean the pool at 9am- We couldn’t even use it because they were cleaning it for the next check in. Not to mention the wifi turned off at like 7am way before checkout - I understand it’s a rental but that definitely shouldn’t happen while we’re still in the place. Seems like they’re just eager to get people out so the next renters can get in. That’s probably why it wasn’t as clean as it should be .. for what they charge a night they should definitely not rush the cleaning and rush people to get out of there. Overall we had a great time but would definitely not stay here in the future.

The house was clean with a larch open kitchen area and room inside for fun games and hangouts. There are 3 full bathrooms in the house so it worked for a large group of girls getting ready to go out. The outside of the house was spacious and the pool was clean and refreshing to swim in. The pool house was also very spacious, but the pull out bed was unfortunately broken during our stay, but luckily there were enough beds to sleep in the house. The pool house also had a bathroom and a shower which was helpful for a big group. The house had plenty of privacy and we did not feel like we would be keeping neighbors awake by playing music out loud. There was a grill outside which was great for BBQ. All in all I would definitely recommend this house for a fun weekend with a big group!

The house was perfect for our weekend stay with 10 girls. The inside was great, the bedroom setup worked really well and the outdoor space/pool was awesome. I would recommend bringing extra toilet paper and paper towels. The owner was very easy and quick to communicate with and location was very convenient. I would highly recommend!

The pool house is a great space for tens to hang while the grown ups relax in the main house.

We had an amazing time at this house! Everything was clean and organized. The rooms were a great size and the open concept of the living room, dining area, and kitchen was ideal for our weekend getaway. The pool house was a great bonus with ping pong and pool for extra activities. The owners were great and easy to contact when needed. Highly recommend!

Nice house overall but some improvements needed. The pool house has a smell to it, the main house is nice but they’re were not enough towels for the guest or bathroom rugs, you need to cater to the number of guests staying.

The house was spotless. We cooked most of the meals in house. The kitchen was fully functional and came equipped with everything you’d need. We had 10 girls but you could comfortably fit 14. We had running ping pong and pool tournaments, and lounged by the amazing pool and hot tub all day! The pool is much bigger then the picture looks. There was a pool guy who came after it rained, which put us at ease because it showed us that they really take care of the place. They have extra floats if you need them. The patio furniture was brand new and so chic and comfortable. Debbie was really responsive and gives great advise if you need places to go. Location is seriously great - 10 minutes from everything! The only negative about the location was that we brought our bicycles to ride into town from the house and unless your extremely fearless with riding on 27, you’ll have to drive past the busy highway. We still got our ride in just couldn’t find a way into town. They do allow dogs, which helped some of us ladies who were unable to get sitters. Huge convenience! The neighborhood was nice and quiet and tucked away, which allows you to sit out on the patio until the early mornings talking with your friends without disrupting the neighbors. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Southampton!!!!

Loved the pool house and the sun heated pool.

The home was just what we were looking for, tucked away on a quiet lot, with lots of light and a wonderful patio to enjoy the sun. The game room was a favorite every night, and being close to shopping in South Hampton made life easy. A great stay!

The pool was a highlight and there was a ton of room to spread out and go swimming. We got to the house early on Thursday (it wasn't ready yet) so we went to Meschutt Beach which was 5 minutes away, clean and beautiful.

Another day we took a catamaran around the Long Island sound which was so much fun and they picked us up 5 minutes from the house- very close!

Debbie and Ginnie were great and we would definitely rent this house again!

I was planning the trip from California as a few of us were flying in to spend time with our New York friends, and they made the long distance process easy and stress free. The house we rented was even more stunning than the pictures, and easily accommodated/slept our large group. There was a minor hiccup upon arrival that had to do with the guests that stayed at the house before us, but with one quick call, the problem was fixed and we were off to enjoy the weekend. I highly recommend working Debby and Virginia- they have beautiful properties and wonderful customer service- they really go above and beyond

The house was clean and great for a large group! It was a good setup but there were not enough towels for a group of 13 people. There were minimal house instructions once we checked in, i.e. wifi, extra sheets etc. But the owner was super accessible via text which was great so we just had to reach out. The owner reached out about us playing music in the middle of the day on Saturday.
