Close to everything. Well-equipped condo, lovely property amenities.

Nice property, it was very clean. It overlooks the tennis and pickleball courts, which is handy because you can see when the courts are free. The kitchen was well equipped. We also had everything we needed for the beach, such as a cooler, wagon, chairs and umbrella. We even had two bicycles. The decor is nice but a little dated. Nice screened-in porch.
I’d say the only thing missing was barbecue tools.
Siesta key village is about a 30 minute walk but the trolley is always an option if you’re not a walker.

We loved our stay. The appartment was very clean and well equiped. Plenty of space for our family of 4. Really great to have the tennis court, the pool and the washing machine.The bikes available are a nice touch. The access for the beach was easy and what great wide beach. We will be back

This rental is in a lovely little complex with friendly neighbors. Kate was great to work with and was a terrific communicator.
The Good:
-Kate went above and beyond

-Access to Beach and bay. Nice pools.
-Cute, beachy decor, nice kitchen and large bathrooms
-Nice roomy feel!
-Laundry in unit
-Beautiful little pond where you can watch birds catching fish, ducks and turtles right from patio while drinking coffee!
-The place was quite clean, except they must have forgotten to run the kitchen disposal and it smelled like fish so we had to go out and get candles, etc for first 12 hrs.
The Not So Good:
- THE PILLOWS!! AN easy fix. These were in BAD shape in master
-Not enough bath towels. Easy fix.
-Old vertical blinds need replacing as they continuously fall down in master. Easy fix
-Sliding door to Florida room gets easily stuck and jammed. Easy fix
-Toilet in master doesn't flush right
-Ambulances and garbage trucks awakened us (in master) early as you are positioned high up close to front of complex, not super far from road. We are light sleepers though. If you are a super-heavy sleeper you may be fine. The kids did not hear anything from other room.
- We came during an unusual cold spell (37º morning). This place was not designed for the cold and we had a difficult time regulating heat. When the heat was on we had to sleep with bedroom doors open and fans on as the bedrooms were way too hot (even set at low temp) and the living room was cold still.
Overall, we had a nice time, cooked, went to the beach and saw the sights. Kayaked in the mangroves in Sarasota.
It was the Xmas eve when we arrived. We had a few little issues but the rental company mostly shuts down and we didn't want to bother anyone on Xmas. It is a nice unit, very comfy couch too! Big TV. There were confusing bits of information in binder which need clarification as it seems to be general info about other rentals (i.e. there are no car tags), so we weren't sure if we HAD to park in the garage -- an issue as our rental car was too big. The tag thing was confusing. Some tags have FOBS and some don't. We walked to the beach once and had to come back because we only brought one FOB and it was not programmed. The beach is beautiful. The wooden steps leading up to the condo need to be redone. That may be an association thing though. With a few updates and easy fixes this will be a great place to stay.

Minor issues but code issue needs to be addressed!!
My stay at the condo was nice and overall I felt comfortable. There were just a few issues: the code did not work which could have been a dilemma if my flight was delayed. Thank God the angel showed up out of nowhere and provided us with the master key. I read other reviews about codes not working as well. This should be looked into. Next issue… we found a dirty towel in one of the bathroom drawers and underwear under the bed. We threw them in the garbage. Next issue… the water in the sinks for the master bath did not go down the drain easily. My stay was packed with events and did not have time to wait around for a plumber so we just dealt with it. Next Issue…since our code did not work we could not use the tennis court at our leisure and had to wait for someone else to access it. Next issue…the garage stunk so bad we had to air it out for the day and keep the things we wanted to use in the porch so it wouldn’t stink. I’m planning my next trip within the next six mos and not sure if I will return. The condo itself is nice and it’s close enough to everything but not sure if I want to chance the code not working or deal with the other issues.

Siesta Key Bay club Gulf
I made reservations to this place pretty blind folded. It turned out to be a great place for our family. I was expecting to walk to the public beach and it happened to be that we were sharing the private beach with the condos across the street. There were some things that were not working on our unit but Doug the owner was pretty prompt to resolve the few issues. If I come back to siesta key I will definitely will be on the look out of this property.

Siesta Key condo
We had a wonderful week at our condo. The walk to the beach was about 10 minutes and about the same to the pier. Property was very nice.

We loved the Condo It was clean, well decorated and convenient
We had incorrect check in data from the realtor, however. The digital lock did not work and the internet password we received in the welcome packet was incorrect.

Great Beach getaway
Wonderful property, clean and well stocked with things needed for beach. Location is nice a quiet but close enough to the action to keep my teenager from being bored,

This property was just as advertised. Very close to the beach (5 min walk) and surrounding activities, including rest and shopping. The unit was very nice. Kitchen was well equipped and the condo was very clean and well maintained. Will definitely keep in mind for our next trip!

Just As Expected and Then Some
No surprises, except good ones, like all of little extras like a beach cart, tennis balls and rackets (even though we did not play), beach chairs, etc. Nice touch.

This property was just as advertised. Very close to the beach (5 min walk) and surrounding activities, including rest and shopping. The unit was very nice. Kitchen was well equipped and the condo was very clean and well maintained. Will definitely keep in mind for our next trip!

New Year's Week Trip
We did enjoy the property and our time in this lovely condo. Guards are pretty strict w/the FOB entering the beach side and being on bay side and no access to nice fitness center. Communication w/Kate was great and overall great experience, been staying on Siesta key for over 40 years so know it well.. It sure has become very "trafficy" so good idea to bike/walk places. Thank you!

I found the place nice, the condo could have been a bit cleaner, too quiet and too far from the beac
it took from start to finish at least 20 minutes to get to the beach, this is not what we had seen. There were a few issues with the condo although in majority it was really nice. the heated pool very appreciated since we had a cold front, we thought it was a bit too quiet for us and we will try to find a more lively place next time. The red tide really killed our vacation since we had only a few days save at the beach- once when we went for the sunset we all cough so much we had to leave.

Great Condo at a Very Reasonable Price
This was the second time we have rented this property. It is the nicest of the condos we have rented. Nice kitchen, living room has a very large television, although we never watched it this time. The bathrooms are very modern, especially the master. Beds are comfortable. Our favorite room was the screened in patio with a ceiling fan that was really comfortable even with the outside temperature in the low 90s. Only a short walk across the street to the beautiful Siesta Key beach. We had some very minor issues that we notified the owners about on Thursday, so that they could fix the problems for future renters. They fixed the problems that day! Highly recommended this property.

This condo was wonderful! Everything was clean and nicely decorated. We had plenty of room for all 6 of us. The beach is a short walk from the condo. The condo had chairs, carts, beach towels, bikes, etc. for us to use while we were there. We had a great time in Siesta Key!

The condo was great! It was clean, nicely furnished, close to the pool & a short walk to the beach.
I stayed here with my family of 4 which included 2 small children. It was perfect for us. The unit had good sized bedrooms, bathrooms and living area. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The best part was all of the beach equipment - chairs, bikes, a wagon and pool floats. It was great. The beach is about a 10 min walk. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place to vacation
The place was beautiful. I would say that the place should have stuff to do the dishes with and trash bags. When flying in people do not want to have to buy this stuff cause then you have to back it or leave it for the next person. I would stay here again but not in May. The love bugs were terrible this time of year.

Seventh stay at the complex over ten years. Best unit yet among many fine ones. Fresh decor. Comfortable furnishings. Giant TV. Quiet. One could not go wrong with this one. The oven and the lanai had not been cleaned but the unit itself was pristine. Would consider this unit first on returning.
