Great relaxing spot. Close to all the great restaurants. The double pools were nice. Little bit of a long walk to the beach , but it was very nice and relaxing.

This place was amazing. We enjoyed every bit of our stay. My grandson loved the bunk bed of course he had to sleep up top. Would definitely stay here again!

Can’t say that we would stay in this rental property again. The unit had a constant musty smell. Not sure if it was from the old furniture or air unit. The ceiling fans and vents were layered with dust, the carpet in the bedrooms were stained/dirty, and the overall unit could use some updating (furniture, appliances, paint, decor, carpet/floors, cushions, bathroom, etc).
Glad it was just two of us so it wasn’t disappointing to the whole family. We loved Dauphin Island but will choose differently next time.

Beautiful beachfront view. The condo was in a great location and had all of the amenities needed. The linens, rugs and pillows were a bit threadbare and could stand to be replaced.overall it was a good stay.

We had a good time, but the furniture in unit 401 was extremely uncomfortable. The chairs in the living room felt like they should’ve been on the patio not to sit in all night. The beach was extremely dirty. “Clothes, bandaids, and seaweed everywhere”. We love dauphin island but we won’t be back to that unit. There was also a dead roach on the kitchen table placemat.

This is a place for beach walks, birding trails,bicycling and surf fishing. Our condo even included sand buckets and shovels for the family to use.There is a great lending library for getting free books to read while sitting by the pool.Locals and visitors are friendly and jeans and shorts are standard dress code.You are on an island, so chain restaurants and stores are 25 miles away. If the sight and sound of the ocean restores your soul, this is your place.

It was a wonderful week of beach time relaxing and reading without the cumbersome tourist grind of larger beach communities. We want to keep coming back each fall during off season. The condo was nice and clean, comfortable, great view. Would recommend this property.

We booked 4 condos for family and friends to enjoy before and after my son’s wedding in Mobile. Ages 4- 101 and we had a wonderful time. So much fun we all want to join up next year at the same complex.

We've visited many beaches in US including Hawaii and in Japan. This place was so far the most relaxed and the best vacation site. We loved it very much. Everything was good. We were OK with it but some may be concerned that there was not curtain in the living room facing the ocean. Other than that, our stay was fantastic.

Overall the property was as listed and as expected. Was very clean and fresh upon entering. Close to the beach, view from the balcony was great, was nice having an elevator.
Issues to not score a 5 Rating were: Patio curtain was non-existent, and the sun was glaring; kitchen cabinets need to be ORGANIZED and items within updated - as kitchen utensils, glassware, pots and pans were old and of various types/ brands. Kitchen items seem to be a mishmash of items provided/collected over the years., for example only 2 large wine glasses, various types of small drinking glasses, various types of coffee cups with only 2 mugs that matched, and they were give aways from a clinic. Linens also need to be updated and organized within the cabinets.

Excellent place to stay!
The unit was very clean, the check in process was super easy and it had great views of the beach. It has direct beach access but it’s a long walk down the boardwalk. Overall, this unit was amazing and I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay!
The property was well stocked with all items needed. Great view of the ocean. Pool area was clean and water was perfect. It was perfect for watching 4th of July fireworks!!! Mattresses were comfortable! Also, was glad I had read the reviews and brought windex. The table in the dining room and living room are glass, so it helped me clean up.

One of us got sick and there was absolutely nothing to clean with. First place we have ever stayed in that didn’t offer some cleaning supplies and trash bags. It should be noted in the description if that is something not supplied. We sure would have brought our own. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Our rental unit was on the end of the building and experiences more than normal wind. Not much opportunity for coffee on the patio.
