Clean and comfortable. Close to train and good restaurants.

Good sized apartment with excellent heating. Very comfortable overall. Two generous bedrooms and two good bathrooms worked well for us. Only criticism is it lacks a bit of style (which is a shame in such a stylish city) and missing any drawers for clothes. Very easy to walk to everywhere or take Line 4 (green line) less than a 5 minute walk.

Light, bright corner unit. Ample windows. Super clean. Livable floor plan. Great hosts. Friendly, helpful, responsive. Spar Grocery store virtually across the street. Excellent restaurants. Short walk to both the Metro/Ubahn line 4 and the Naschmarkt. The entry door to the building needs some TLC. The neighborhood recycling station is below the unit, but if the windows are closed, no problem. Would rent the unit again

We loved our stay at this apartment! The property was in a perfect location, near a grocery store, restaurants, shops, and public trasportaion. The kitchen is well stocked and the apartment was very clean. The hosts were excellent and made us feel very welcome. They were always very responsive in answering our questions. We highly recommend this property!

We arrived a bit earlier than planned, but the host was waiting for us in the street. We got a good but suitable short introduction to the appartment. It was nice and clean excatly as the pictures and earlier evaluations indicated. Public transport and shopping was close by and easy to use. The only issue we had was that the noice from traffic was significant, and we had to keep the windows open due to hot weather.

Very nice apartment, as described! A couple of minor suggestions…as it was quite warm during our stay it would have been nice to just have a sheet for bed rather than heavy duvets and an English translation on the washing machine would have been great.

Very clean, 2 large bed rooms, 2 bath rooms, good wifi, modern, …. Everything is there, to make this a good appartment.
Paid parking garage (Mittersteig) is about 10 minute walk. Nearby Unterground (U4 - kettenbrueckengasse) is also appr. 10 minute walk. The ‘Spar’ is across the street. You can call the owners 30 minutes before arrival, and they hand over the keys to you. Very nice owners.

The apartment was in a great location, close to walking to the Naschmarkt, Central Vienna, the Central Station, and the subway. The apartment was spotless and comfortable, with a well-furnished kitchen, washing machine, and such. The check-in process was easy and convenient, and the recommended restaurants were spot on. The host also assisted us with our taxi reservation back to the train station. We would definitely recommend this apartment and look forward to returning.

The apartment was very clean and located a few minutes from the Ubahn. Close to the Naschmarkt and the Opera House was a 15 minute walk. Lots of cafes and grocery stores nearby.

A very spacious apartment about 20 minutes walk from the heart of Vienna! There were only two of us but definitely two couples or more could stay here easily. Well equipped kitchen with a grocery store right across the street. Some restaurants were recommended and we loved the one we tried so much that we ate there again the next evening (Silberwirt). We were met right outside on time, shown around and had no need to contact the office afterwards. A great spot to explore the Christmas markets!

Nice, large and clean apartment. Location was safe and communication with the property manager was prompt. Only a 15-20 minute walk to the center. Market is nearby, as well as, restaurants. Highly recommend this property over hotel stay. I would book them again and recommend to friends and family for travel in Vienna.

This is one of those rare VRBO finds that exceed all expectations. Spacious, spotless and comfortable, it’s located in a hip neighborhood bustled with stores, restaurants and bars. It’s also just blocks from the Nachtmarket and an easy 20 minute walk to the Hofburg. Check in was easy and friendly. I plan to stay here again when I return to Vienna!

About 20 min walk to historical center. Lots of stores and restaurants in close proximity. Spacious, light and clean. We were very pleased.
The owner does need to be present to pass on the key, which requires coordination of arrival. But the owner was so accommodating and gracious to our requests, that it was more inconvenience for him, not us.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Christine met us when we got there to show us around and how to use the appliances. The washing machine and drying rack were very convenient. Note that laundry soap is not provided so bring some of your own! The apartment was clean and beautiful and fans were provided if the rooms got too warm. The only thing I wish was provided were washcloths but other towels were provided.
The apartment is about a five minute walk to the train station, and a three minute walk to a cute bakery! It was so conveniently located and we had a fantastic time. Thank you, Christine!

The place is keep very clean and the beds comfortable. The host met us with no problems and was kind and helpful in situating us in this high ceilinged sanctuary. Highly recommended for those who love the feel of living local. Grocery story across the street, coffee shop and bakery around the corner, bars and restaurants within a two block radius, all amenities that made our stay memorable and enjoyable.

So much space
This is a lovely and very well-equipped apartment in a lovely residential neighborhood. While we visiting the downtown area extensively, it was particularly nice to have dinner at the restaurants nearby, as they were top quality and filled with locals. I would agree with an earlier reviewer who wrote that it is actually even nicer than the pictures.

Pleasant stay.
I went ahead and rated the property as a 5 star, because overall it’s great apartment. However I did have a couple of issues that could be easily resolved for future guests. For one, you are provided only 1 bath towel per bedroom! Even if you only have a couple of people there, you don’t want to have to use the same towel the entire time (and they leave you with no laundry soap (or shampoo or body or hand soap)). Also, there were not enough paper products to get you through even a couple of days (and not even one roll of paper towels). The management company will tell you when you check in that there is a store nearby, but who wants to have to go immediately shopping after a long travel day?? Besides those annoyances, the apartment itself is newly renovated to a high standard and it’s in a really great location.
