Fantastic views: Villa with private pool near the sea with AC in the bedrooms
Zweistöckige Villa befindet sich auf einem Hügel mit Blick auf Comares. Sie ist vom Flughafen Malaga in 1 Stunde zu erreichen über die Autobahn, Landstraße, 600m überwiegend betonierte Zufahrt, auch mit Kleinwagen befahrbar.
Von der großen Terrasse, die teilweise überdacht ist,
genießt man den schönen Fernblick und das Bergpanorama.
Verschiedene Terrassen mit Baumbestand führen zum Pool
8 x 3,50 m, der uneinsehbar ist. Am Pool gibt es eine Außendusche, für Schatten ist gesorgt . 6 Sonnenliegen mit Auflagen.
Das Haus bietet Platz für 6 Personen bei einer Wohnfläche von 200 m². Im Erdgeschoß befindet sich der große Wohn/Essbereich und Küche mit 65 m². Ferner ein Schlafzimmer für 2 Personen mit AC, und ein Duschbad. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich zwei Doppelschlafzimmer, jeweils mit Betten 180 x 200 cm, mit AC, eine Dachterrasse und ein Vollbad. Die Betten verfügen über gute Matratzen mit Lattenrost . Alle Fenster verfügen über Fliegengase. Ein Kinderbett ist vorhanden ,Kinderhochstuhl, Kuscheltiere.
Ausstattung: Gasceranfeld ,Kaffeemaschine,umfangreiche Kochutensilien, umfangreiches Geschirr
Geschirrspüler, Kühl/Gefrierkombi, Microwelle, Backofen, Toaster, Sitzmöglichkeit für 6 Personen, Kinderhochstuhl, Fernseher, CD-Player,umfangreiche CD-Sammlung,
Wama, Trockner, Gesellschaftsspiele, Grill, Sonnenliegen mit Auflagen.
Das Haus hat Internetanschluss (WiFi). Für AC fallen Extrakosten an 30 cent/kWh, (2 Zwischenzähler)zahlbar vor Ort oder via Paypal.
Das nächste Restaurant ist das Ortega, 2,5km Richtung Riogordo. Sehr zu empfehlen!!
Der nächste Supermarkt ist in Benamargosa (8km), er hat alles für den täglichen Bedarf,dort gibt es auch Restaurants
und Bars, Geldautomat und ein Krankenhaus.
Der nächste Strand ist in 25 km zu erreichen (Torre del Mar)
Wer Ruhe und Erhohlung sucht ,fernab vom Trubel, ist hier genau richtig.

The house is in a beautiful spot in the Spanish countryside with incredible views out across the valleys on both sides. It has lovely gardens with a private pool, barbecue area and shaded outdoor terraces. Inside the house is comfortable and well appointed, with a well equipped kitchen.The last section of road up to the house is quite steep and narrow and not all paved, so you wouldn’t want to be in a car with very low clearances, but we had a pretty standard hatchback and it was ok.Communication with Dorothea was very good, with helpful directions to find the house and recommendations in the local area, including a very nice nearby restaurant.We had a very relaxed couple of weeks here with great weather, and enjoyed visiting the beautiful nearby village of Comares and the surrounding countryside, as well as longer trips to Malaga and the Caminito del Rey which are both slightly over an hours drive.

Really, really beautiful location. The views are outstanding and are the main event in this property. It was very hot for our stay so the family sized pool was essential and well used in our trip. The villa was very well equipped and the welcoming bottle of wine was much appreciated. There’s lots of space but small children would need to be supervised as there are some steep slopes. The steep approach path to the villa is not for the faint hearted and I’d recommend a suv or similar as it’s not surfaced all the way along but well worth the effort when you arrive to those views. We didn’t venture very far but Comares Accross the valley was lovely. All of the bedrooms have air con which is a blessing and the well equipped kitchen has everything that you need to cater for the family.

We have several times rented different houses in this lovely part of Spain and we had a great time in this fantastic house!
on the PLUS page:
- beautiful nature and surroundings
- beautiful, charming and well-equipped house (smoke alarm is missing!)
- Beautiful garden and very undisturbed location
On the MINUS side:
- The secluded and elevated location of the house is very nice but the last bit of the road is extremely steep without fence, narrow and bumpy/rocky.
Maybe not reachable at all for unexperienced drivers. It should be informed about this when booking!
- The house was tidy but there was a lot of dust and dirt on the floor. We didn't want to go barefoot. As there were also leftovers in the kitchen and living room, we had a lot of ants that destroyed bread and other food on the first day. The owner was helpful and asked a caretaker to arrange it. Some ant poison was put out but he offered NO cleaning. We had to do that ourselves…
- There were insects, dirt and leaves on the bottom of the pool when we arrived. The caretaker said the pool was cleaned several times per week. It was not correct, we had to clean with a rake daily and the landlord seemed to think that the caretaker cleaned it regular.
Despite a few minus, we want to recommend the house to others if you are aware of above.
Overall we had a lovely week!
