Easy communication with the owner, great location: easy to navigate. And within a fabulous city.

I had been to Essaouria a few times over the years, staying in apartments, in the median and outside so knew the location really well. First off dead easy to find and on a main road, finding where the accommodation is in Morocco can sometimes be fun, but this was easy. On the first floor, massive living area, 2 bedrooms and bedding for the living area, I suspect if needed you could sleep 10 easily :-). The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, washing machine, stove, microwave and sandwich maker. All the cutlery you could want/need. The listing really doesn't do justice to the space, a lot bigger than I have had in Essaouria. Perfect for families, we had 6 of us and never felt crowded. Onto the hosts, arranged a taxi pickup and drop off, TBH a bit more than hailing a taxi at the airport but for the ease of walking out of arrivals and having a driver there to take you straight to the property it's a bit of a no brainer. The taxi is run by the family, and on the return was able to take 6 of us and even helped us with luggage into the airport, what a star :-). The TV is in one of the bedrooms, but TBH we didn't switch it on once. Two good bathrooms with good showers (not always the case in Morocco). The location is away from anything touristy, but only a 20 min walk to the beach and 20 min walk to Carrefour. Shop 1 min away for the basics and a couple of takeaways within 5 mins. Would I book this again, well I probably won't be back until next year but without a doubt yes I would (doog approved)

Unlike other apartments there was no outside garden to sit in, I think there is an area on the roof for drying clothes etc but never visited it. The road can be a little noisy, but overnight was normally quite enough, never noisy enough to annoy me (or wake me)

Super nice apartment. Very big and with two bathrooms.

The location was not so far from the city the center. We ' ve walked to the beach and city center in 20-25 minutes. The appartment was very big and authentic. The beds are comfortable. Near of the appartment there were also markets.

We liked the host family who was very friendly. The apartment was very spacious

This home is great and very spacious and clean and comfortable it’s so much Better than the photo’s. The host is friendly and very helpful. We thought that the apartment is worth more than they ask for. The location is good and just 5 minutes drive from the Marina and the beach. We had a great time staying.

Location is good it is about 20 minutes walk to medinah or to the beach or to CTM bus station. The apartment is where local people live far from tourists. Also if you dont want to walk 7 Dirham fix rate taxi abundantly available will be at your step door. If you want a quite night with no smelly moldy medinah this apartment is the one. Also the apartment is huge can handle more than 4 adults and a baby with his crib ready to be used also if traveling with teenagers the leaving room which is about 10metres on 6 meters can sleep more than 5 more. There is two bathroom/showers and WiFi was good hot water and water pressure was excellent and washer was brand new I will highly recommend this place for a big group of travelers or family.

I wish the tv was in the leaving room not the dining room because if you want to watch a movie you will have to sit on a chair in the dining room to watch it and it is not comfortable. The leaving room is far away you will not be able to watch it. So either move the tv to leaving room or get a new TV :)

Clean appartement with all equipments, close to the beach. Amazing host and always in contact with you through whstap in case you need anything. They do provide tours and Transport service which is cheaper than normal operators if you are group of 5 and more. Will highly recommend and will definitely go back again my next visit to essaouira.

The apartment is very clean

Excellent apartment for the price photos don’t do it any justice. The apartment was clean, spacious and had all necessary needs such as soap, hand wash and clean towels. We were a group of 6 adults and a child there were 2 bedrooms and ours had a baby bed/crib so perfect for us and the other room had 2 single beds, again very comfy. There was plenty of sofa beds and blankets and wasn’t crowded whatsoever and there were 5 very big grown men. The kitchen had all the essentials and a washing machine although we didnt use it. The apartment was a little far out from the medina but the walk was only 10 to 15mins and we had a 2 year old and still managed okay. The taxi was only 10 dirham so very cheap. As the apartment was further from the medina we managed to find the food Shops close to the apartment which were very nice and very very cheap. One shop in particular had burgers, chips, pizza, chicken etc which was a bonus as the boys enjoyed that sort of food and found it very filling. The local small shops had tea, coffee, milk etc so everything was close by. There was also a phone shop within a minutes walk which so local sim cards - very essential to have. What makes this place a bonus is Samad and his father who were exceptional at guiding us and finding us the shops we needed. We had the owner pick us up from the airport and drop us off at a different villa and then back to the airport at a very good rate. Plus it was convenient as there were 7 of us with luggage. Will definitely be back as the apartment &the service- very well worth it. We even asked the owner pick us some burger and chips before he left to when to pick us for airport drop off - now thats what you call going beyond a service. I messaged samad (available 24 7) who then promptly passed messages onto his father. We were on a budget and this exceeded our expectations ive stayed at riads which cost a lot more then this apartment before but preferred this a lot more.

Very friendly English speaking host. Very large and spacious apartment within 20min walk to the beach and 25min walk to the medina/city centre/markets. Many local shops including butchers and grocers aswell as local restaurants and café's. We stayed there for one week and enjoyed it. Very friendly locals aswell.
