The mattress was rather firm and I feel a waterproof mattress protector is a necessary item to have.

Clean throughout, well-equipped kitchen, good laundry facilities, and a comfortable space for myself and my timid dog. Close to beaches and parks. Very secure property as my dog can be a bit of an escape artist!

The afternoon sun hit the back of the guesthouse and made the bedroom rather warm, and with the rather hot weather all week, it was a little uncomfortable getting off to sleep. Perhaps something more than a ceiling fan would alleviate such a problem.

Very well stocked with everything you needed. Clean and plenty of room. Off street parking and quiet location.
