Beautiful facilities, comfortable bed, clean. Outdoor tub was amazing!

The location was amazing, close to so many sites and restaurants and metro stations to get around the city

The communal lounge area was a great space, there was also a lovely outdoor area to sit and relax. There was tea and coffee available in the area with little fresh muffins, a nice touch. The happy hour each afternoon was an added bonus, great place to meet fellow travelers. The rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. Well located, and staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location is biggest selling point. Also they provide water station and drinks during happy hour.

This property really needs an update. The first room we were given was dirty and dusty throughout. The staff explained that it was because the window had been left open, but that doesn’t explain the dust on the coffee maker, cups, and spoons. One of the bath towels even had a hole in it, and many areas were visibly worn or chipped. After we spoke with the receptionist, they moved us to a slightly larger and cleaner room, which was better. But it made us wonder why we were given the first room in the first place. They also provided only two small tissue packs, with just three sheets each, and housekeeping did not replenish them after the first day. Overall, this hotel was not worth what we paid.
