A lovely spacious room with a modern bathroom and comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and helpful and there were a couple of nice places to get breakfast close by. It was within easy walking distance of the London rowing club which is where we were invited to celebrate a wedding.
They didn't offer breakfast.
A strange smell on the landing outside our bedroom and it was tricky to close the bathroom door.

Friendly, welcoming receptionist. Very quick and easy check in. The room was spacious, lovely decor, large walk in shower. The view as amazing
The balcony doors were permanently locked due to H&S. This was a shame as we would have lived to stand outside and looked at the views more

Rather jaded hotel. It's past its best. Very helpful staff but shouldn't have needed their help. Sliding door to bathroom didn't slide. Squeegee soap bottles in bathroom didn't squash. No breakfasts but good cafe close by. Location good almost next door to pub where we attended a wedding celebration.
Facilities not working. No breakfast.
