Chuck responded to my initial inquiry extremely fast and answered all my questions. We knew right away with his communication his place was going to be a great fit.
The western facing pool was hit by the sun most of the daytime during our stay and was where we spent most of our time at the house. Very relaxing and the pool was very easy to operate.
When not at the house fisherman’s village was a short walk or drive away. Great location in PG for us get around.
We were all extremely happy and would book again

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. It was incredibly clean and had an amazing location close to everything in Punta Gorda. We could walk/bike to nearly everything or hop in the car for a quick drive to nearby attractions like the Peace River Wildlife Center or the many nearby restaurants. The listing information is completely accurate and the house itself was wonderful. The pool/outdoor area was a favorite of our family’s. We enjoyed being able to heat the pool, eat meals poolside, look out over the waterways and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. The house was ready for us and had more than what we needed to be completely comfortable during our stay. The kitchen is completely stocked with appliances/supplies, and a Publix grocery store is very close by. Our family loved the reading library and the many games. The wifi was great and the Smart TV was well equipped. Beds were comfortable and everything was neat, tidy and organized. The neighborhood is also wonderful with friendly neighbors and a cul-de-sac at the end of the street, so there is little to no traffic. Truly a great stay with wonderful, friendly owners who go out of their way to make sure you’re happy with your visit. We were sad to leave and already want to plan another trip back. Thanks for a wonderful family vacation in this beautiful home.

Punta Gorda Paradise
The house was amazing! We all truly felt at home, the house had everything we needed! Chuck was great and so helpful! Fisherman’s village was such a short walk that we were able to go there several days of our stay. Would highly recommend this property and hope to be able to come back and enjoy another stay in the future!

Quiet neighborhood
This was our second year staying here, and it was great…very quiet…short walk to Fisherman’s Village…Chuck (owner) is very accessible & attentive.

We loved the house, pool, location, the library, everything about it.
The house was beautifully decorated, functional, clean and comfortable; the neighborhood quiet. The master bedroom bed is very soft. Very close to Fishermans Village and the Harbor Walk. The owner was very nice and accommodating. Would book again.

Chuck, our host, was extremely friendly, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was very well equipped, the pool and spa were lovely (and well used), and even our bed was quite comfortable (we are pretty picky about mattresses but this one didn’t disappoint). My family and I had a great experience staying here on our vacation. The home was clean, comfortable and had more amenities than we needed. It was convenient being so close to Fisherman’s Village where we dined, shopped and rented a boat. Working with Chuck was a breeze and we are already looking at our schedules to get back down there. Everything we hoped and more
Went to beautiful Florida for a much needed rest. Chuck met us there to go over everything with us including places to eat we might enjoy~
Immaculate and well stocked with cooking utensils and with a variety of appliances for cooking. We could tell great thought and effort was put into this beautiful home for comfort and relaxation. The pool and hot tub became our “spot” for most of the vacation. Chuck was attentive to any questions or needs. We are already planning a return trip in 2022.

Wonderful stay
The house was perfect! The pool was crystal clear and we enjoyed lounging and reading under the lanai . The house was spotless and had all the amenities of home. Chuck was great- he met us at the property and gave us a tour and instructions on how to run the hot tub. We really appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella-it was hot at Sanibel Island but very beautiful beach. Overall great stay- would highly recommend!

The house is located on a quiet street just a few blocks from Fisherman’s Village. It is as pictured with ample room and seating for our family (5 adults). The pool and spa were great. We had no luck catching fish from the dock but the guys still enjoyed trying.

We were impressed with many things, including the fully-stocked kitchen (Instant Pot, waffle maker, crock pot, Keurig, etc.), cleaning supplies / soaps / laundry detergent available, and pool floats / toys. The house was incredibly clean and the pool was gorgeous. Chuck is a fantastic host; it is very obvious that the home is very special to him and his family. I loved the adorable touches of family and personalization all throughout the home (his girls' artwork, painted pottery, and a couple family photos). It was just enough to make me feel at home, without being overbearing. Also, excluding the pool, our favorite thing was the incredible family library! We have some avid readers and there was a book for every member of our family! The smaller kids also loved the custom-built playhouse. The location was about a two-minute drive to Fisherman's Village! This home was perfect for our family of 5 and we will definitely rent from Chuck again anytime we visit Punta Gorda!

I have high standards for vacation rentals, and this place was a simply a treasure on all levels! The layout of the home is smart and everything makes sense! The decor is beautiful, the beds are comfortable, kitchen is awesome, the pool and patio are functional and relaxing, and the canal was fun for fishing and boating. It felt like home. You can tell that a lot of thought and heart has gone into this property. Chuck was kind and responsive and made sure we were well taken care of. The area is quaint being only walking and biking distance from a dog park, Fisherman’s village, an adorable library, and fun restaurants. Just a great place for our little family. I wish beaches were closer, but if you are boating, fishing, and wanting to relax in a pool after a day on the water, this place fits the bill. One of the big selling points for us was the kids treehouse out front, and our 5 year old loved having her own secret hideout. Honestly, I just felt so thankful that a family who has taken such care and pride in their home is willing to share it with vacationers like us. :)

Beautiful, clean home with great location
What a beautiful place! Rooms were comfortable, place was very clean, and pool was the highlight of the stay. Chuck was easy to work with and handles the property very well. Location was ideal for grocery shopping, restaurants, and shopping, yet location was quiet. Beautiful home made for a wonderful vacation.

This house was perfect for our week stay in Punta Gorda. House was neat, clean and had everything week needed. Private pool and hot tub were an added bonus. We were very close to Fisherman's village and the historic downtown area so it was easy to get around by car or walking. Chuck, the owner made everything easy from check in to check out

Amazing place and location!
We absolutely loved this property, so much so we asked to book for the following year. Great location and in walking distance to Fishermen’s Village Wonderful for kids too, quiet street and a very cool fort outside for the kids to play on. The property is fully stocked with everything you’d need to stay. Cooking supplies, plates, bowls etc. They even have beach toys, tents and beach wagon.

Great stay all around
This house hit all the right buttons for us. Very convenient location, quiet neighborhood and a gracious and responsive host. I would highly recommend. Bedding was high quality. House was very clean. Kitchen was well equipped. Pool was great. Overall, just a very nice place. Can’t wait to come back!

Quaint Punta Gorda
We spent most of March 2021 here in this beautiful canal home. This home is situated on a quiet street, with the boat canal in the back. The pool/ hot tub was nicely heated. Sitting by the pool ,listening to the waterfall, relaxes the mind and soul! Inside, the home is more than comfortable. The kitchen is supplied with more utensils you will ever need, including a
Kitchen-Aid mixer, incase you might want to make cookies! The two guest rooms, with large closets, have comfortable beds. In the Master bedroom there is plenty of room to put your clothes. The en-suite bathroom is huge !
We really enjoyed walking down to Fisherman’s
Village, a 5min. walk. There are shops, and restaurants there. Also the marina is located next to it, where you can rent boats, or schedule a tour boat to outlaying islands. We used the dog park, 5 min. walk also. Plenty of activities all within 5 - 10 min. walk. Punta Gorda is a small town. Chuck has it all ready for you to enjoy.!
