This is a great place! Location is fantastic, it’s clean, has all of the things that you could possibly need and the host is fantastic and really communicative. Really enjoyed our stay and we will be back.

Recently spent 3 nights at Carlos Key stilt lower cottage in Naples. Cottage is located in a unique little neighborhood close to beaches,5th Avenue South for shopping and cafes and the Naples Botanical Gardens. Dining choices are both ample and diverse. The accommodation is updated and in pristine condition offering all the conveniences needed for an enjoyable stay!

We might be spoiled by other rentals we’ve stayed in. Only one very loud wall air conditioner in unit which necessitated freezing out the living room in order to cool the bedroom. Kitchen equipment could use some upgrading. Housekeeper using “shared” laundry to excess. Had to dry and fold his/her laundry in order to do ours as it had been left unattended.
