This is the perfect spot with wonderful views. There's plenty of room for my growing family to be able to come back together. I would highly recommend this rental for all year getaways. It's so calming to watch the current and the boats go by whatever time of the year. Thanks for renting to us again! My granddaughter already asked when will be coming back!

First floor was much bigger than the pictures appeared. Everything was clean and was a great place for us to stay while visiting family in the area. Would definitely stay here again.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at the Waterview Beach House and this time the experience was even better than the first. More furniture in the main living area made it very comfortable for our family of 4 adults. We stayed over Thanksgiving and Gary generously let us check in early so we could finish cooking our meal there. We watched football, relaxed, dined, and cooked in the large open space. It was perfect for us!

Can't say enough about this wonderful property and its even more lovely owners! We had a group of 5 staying for a nearby wedding and it was perfect. Spacious home with 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms provided lots of getting ready space. Also lovely downstairs living room/kitchen open concept great for hanging out together. Everything was clean and comfy. The hosts could not have been more accommodating and reachable. Seriously the kindest people! Would of course stay again.

We were unable to go at the last minute as several members of the family came down with Covid. Gary and Larry were extremely understanding and allowed us to choose other dates without penalty. I’m so grateful and can’t wait to actually get there!!

Just as presented, a perfectly situated, CLEAN cottage amongst a group of cottages, on a dead-end street in Highlands. The owners/managers are lovely about communicating and relaxed as can be regarding check-in. The beds are comfortable. And the community is so friendly. Most of all, we are grateful to our hosts for welcoming our four-legged family members.

Everything about the property was excellent. We are a family of 6 with two kids, their parents as well as myself (nana) and grandpa and small dog. Grandpa has mobility issues and the small bedroom downstairs was so helpful. Location was fun, fishing and lots of places to eat. We are already thinking about next year!

It was a very short drive to Sandy Hook. Walking distance to an ice cream shop, very dog friendly neighborhood, plenty of parking. The house had a huge kitchen with all the appliances and tableware we needed. The bedrooms had plenty of storage space. We had a wonderful trip! Thanks for your hospitality!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was in a great location. We could walk to restaurants and enjoy the views of the water while enjoying our morning coffee. The main floor was surprisingly larger than it appeared in the photos. The open floor plan was nice for a big family. Check in and check out we’re very easy! The beds and linens were comfortable. The kitchen had the basics and we were able to find what we needed. The host was very responsive! We would definitely stay here again.

3 couples stayed comfortably in this rental property right on the bay/river. It’s a group of homes clustered together, our house did not have a great view but the shared boardwalk was perfect with plenty of comfy chairs. Plenty of parking. Easy walk to restaurants in Highlands and beautiful walk across the bridge to the beach. House also comes with Sandy Hook annual pass to drive out to the beaches which are gorgeous and not crowded.
A few little things at the house were glitchy but owner responded promptly.
Overall we would stay here again if we come back to the area.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this home. The property manager was very accessible. We had a small leak during a torrential downpour and he was willing to come right away. There were four separate sleeping spaces that had their own room and the couches were big and comfy. I felt safe and hope to book this house again in the future.

i went with two friends for a girl’s weekend. The location in Highlands is right at the base of the Rt 36 bridge with super easy access to Sandy Hook, Sea Bright, Highlands and Atlantic Highlands. Check-in process was easy, and communication was great. Would definitely stay again!

Good location with good nearby restaurants. Ferry best way to access the city. Living space was comfortable and kitchen was clean. Bedroom and stairwell carpet could use cleaning. Wish had more time to spend at Sandy Hook beach. Larry was a great host.

We have stayed at other homes of Larry/Gary’s, and this one by far is our favorite. It is spacious, relaxing and has beautiful water views. As always, Gary was a great host! We are looking forward to our next stay!

We stayed here for a 5-day family getaway. The hosts were very accommodating. Great place to hang out we brought our 4 dogs with quick and easy beach access. And an hour ferry ride straight into downtown NYC.

We loved staying here. Wonderful location. Extremely relaxing! Spent time in Adirondack chairs on the River watching the boats go by. Near great restaurants. Owners were extremely accommodating . We will return!

Love the location. The property met my needs for a weekend stay. Clean and welcoming. All amenities provided. Great that dogs are allowed. Fantastic view. Great access to Sandy Hook. Only drawback is it is among other rental units with one parking lot. I had a couple of occasions when I was the last vehicle in the lot for the evening and had trouble getting a space. Outside of that, it was a perfect place for a weekend getaway.

This beach house is bigger than it looks in the photos. It was nice, clean, and spacious. Parking was easily accessible and free! The property manager has always been very responsive whenever I had a question and gave clear instructions. My family already wants to come back next year!

Couldn't have made a better choice on our daughters wedding in Seabright. Rented 2 houses for bridal party from Larry. Lovely, immaculate, all necessities provided, beautiful scenery and much more. Larry always got back to me with any questions. 5 star houses.
