An absolute gem in the heart of Berlin — we couldn't have asked for a better base to explore the city. The location is excellent. The neighborhood is full of great options for breakfast and dinner, so finding somewhere to eat was never an issue. Getting around the city was equally effortless: both the U-Bahn and the tram are just steps away, giving you quick and easy access to every corner of Berlin without the need for taxis or ride-shares. One thing that genuinely surprised us was how quiet the apartment was. Despite being part of a larger residential building complex, we experienced complete silence throughout our stay — even with the balcony's large window wide open. It made for a very restful trip. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. Everything was smooth, well-organized, and flawless — exactly what you hope for when traveling. We felt taken care of the entire time. We hope to come back in the future.

Andreas wasVery kind with me, the apartment is perfectly located , thanks Andreas!! He waited me at the checkout inn late at midnight and he also offered me a place for my luggage at a late check out

Really good location, had all the amenities we needed

Die Wohnung steht in einem guten Umgebung. Die Küche ist top ausgerüstet. Anderas und seine Frau sind sehr nett. Sie haben mich vom Flughafen abgeholt.
