Great apartment in St Kilda. Location on Fitzroy Street is so convenient - close to restaurants, bars, shops, supermarket, beach - and the tram stop right in front is the icing on the cakeZ. Very comfy and cosy apartment with everything you could need. We stayed for a month and will definitely consider staying again when we return next year if the apartment is available.

Brilliant apartment. Close to everything, transports system, small supermarket, bars, restaurants, post office, everything you could need. 5-minute walk to the beautiful Albert Park and 5 minutes in the other direction and you are on the beach.
The apartment itself is really well-equipped with everything you need to cater for yourself, the fridge is a decent size too.
The bathroom is good with excellent shower pressure and always hot water.
Couldn't really ask for anything more, Gri is a great help if you need anything, I'll definitely be back.

Apartment was great and had everything we needed. Tram stop just outside with quick link to Melbourne market and city. Adjacent to Albert park (very handy for the F1), walking distance to St Kilda beach. We felt very comfortable for our 2 month stay 😀

This was our second stay at Pasadena. Geri is very helpful, responsive and professional to deal with. We love the ultra convenient location with several tram lines, restaurants and grocery stores virtually on the door step. As lovers of walking, we loved to walk to Acland Street's many restaurants and to the bay front. Middle Park by tram or foot is a delight as well. Take time to walk along the bay from Middle Park to St Kilda...great views, nice beaches and several great places on the water to stop for a drink or a meal on the water. And do get to South Melbourne Market (easy by tram 96). Although smaller than the QVM, it has a great atmosphere and everything you might need for a lovely meal at home. During our first stay in December we loved the balcony with its district views. This time our week in June included a cold snap, but the apartment is bathed in light and very bright and welcoming. The easily controllable and efficient heating system kept it cosy in the evening. We have recommended Pasadena to several friends and they have enjoyed its comforts and location as well. This is perfect for a couple and there is secure car parking as well! Highly recommended!

We have stayed here twice now and it's always perfect. The apartment is cosy yet not too small. It is so close to trams and shops and many useful amenities and locations. The Owner is so friendly and attentive and makes sure that nothing is amiss. Would definitly reccomend for a long or short stay.

Lovely apartment and host in great location
We loved our stay here. The location of the apartment was perfect for our needs (right by a tram stop with links to the city), the interior and cleanliness was great, communication with Geri was superb and the thoughtful touches Geri left for us including some treats, maps and spare toiletries. Highly recommend this apartment and we will definitely be back when we next stay in the area. Thank you.

Wonderful little apartment in the heart of St Kilda with easy access to the city or the beach. The apartment has everything you will need including a comfortable bed to help you rest and relaxed. We spent a week here dinning in and eating out and it felt like home.

Geri was a great host. Apartment was clean, well situated, quiet and relaxing. Check in and check out was quick and easy. It was exactly what we needed for our 4 days in Melbourne. Will definitely rent again for any future trips!

Long Working Stay
I was on a long stay (6 weeks) for work, and found it suited my needs perfectly. It was just the right size and great location. There's a lot of eating places and a Supermarket nearby with a tram stops close by. there were a couple of small issues but Geraldine responded and sorted them quickly.

Great apartment, great location.
More than happy with the accomodation. Travelling alone I was happy with the security of the building. St Kilda is a delight to explore and it’s really easy to get into the city. Contact with Geri is straight forward, so if there are any issues it’s east to resolve.

Great location, great condo!
Geri’s condo is in the perfect location for exploring St Kilda and Melbourne. The tram stops right outside the door and the beach is a short walk away. There are many restaurants within walking distance. When we were there the St Kilda festival was on and we walked out the door and we were in the middle of it! The condo itself is clean, quiet and comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for more!

Great place, great price and great location
Why would you go to hotel? Geraldines place has everything. Located at the back of the building so you dont get the busy street noise but the convenience of bing right in the middle awesome cafes, restaurants, tramline straight into the city and a 5 minute stroll to the beach. Awesome aircon too. I'll be back

Lovely apartment that had everything we needed for our trip. Very convenient location. Short walk to all things great about St Kilda and a short tram ride into Melbourne CBD. Lots of great eateries near by and close to the beach for a swim.

Very nice 1 bedroom apartment in St Kilda
Excellent, clean and well presented apartment. Good location close to shops, cafes, public transport, and the Alex Theatre. Nice shower with great water pressure and really hot. A nice touch was the quality ground coffee for the coffee plunger. I would stay again for sure.

The apartment was great. The owner is fantastic and helps as much as she can, apartment is very clean and quiet as well for the location. My only comment would to maybe put darker curtains in to block out the light in the morning. Car park is secure, even a cafe downstairs.

Great place to stay. Very comfortable bed, but unfortunately we were there on a weekend and noise from nearby pub/party kept us awake. Excellent transport to city with tram stop outside door. Very good coffee shop on ground floor, and supermarket close by.
