Dieses moderne Haus im Kapstil mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern wurde im Jahr 2004 erbaut und befindet sich auf einer Anhöhe in einem kleinen Wohnviertel an der Meerseite der Route 6 zwischen der Gross Hill Road und der Gull Pond Road. Der Innenraum ist hell und offen und es gibt eine Veranda sowie eine Terrasse vor dem Essbereich. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit einer Königin im ersten Stock zusammen mit der Küche, Ess- und Wohnbereich. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer im zweiten Stock, eines mit einem König und eines mit drei Zwillingen. Bis zum Wellfleet Center sind es ungefähr 800 m über die Briar Lane, etwa 5 Autominuten bis zum Gull Pond und etwas weiter bis zu den Stränden am Meer. This was a lovely comfortably furnished, tastefully decorated home with all the amenities. We particularly enjoyed the covered porch in front, as well as the side deck with a large umbrella; we were always able to find shade outside.

Great location, clean, and property was listed accurately. Perfect distance from beach and town in a great neighborhood. Only thing to improve was communication with the realtor. And thinking about having window ACs in some of the bedrooms. Fans were available, but the weather was very muggy so the rooms didn’t cool down much at night even with the fans going. The realtor instructions were different from the house instructions which was confusing, especially finding the correct internet password and what needed to be done at checkout. Other than that, we throughly enjoyed ourselves!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is perfectly situated, close to the beaches and ponds, and just a short walk into the center of Wellfleet. The house was well stocked with supplies when we arrived, and the property manager was very attentive to a couple of requests that we made. I highly recommend this house if you are looking for a getaway in Cape Cod.
