Smaller than expected, no properly clean. It was adviced that blankets & towels were provided with supplement and we paid for them but we think if you rent a flat you have to provide them included in the price

This host went above and beyond to help me accommodate a refugee family fleeing Ukraine. She stayed in contact with me to let me know when they had arrived safely. She provided food and safe shelter and was so thoughtful and considerate during the entire exchange. I highly recommend this place, not only for the beauty and cleanliness of the accommodation but also because you will be staying in a home full of kindness and compassion.

Host didn't speak english at all, so communication was very difficult. Also, he was really annoying regarding our arrival time. We told him that we'll arrive between 3-4 pm., and he kept calling/texting us when we were traveling if we'll come soon (and it wasn't even close to our prediced time of arrival). Facilities were poor, and big minus is that you don't get towels and bed sheets (you need to ask him to give it to you, and it costs 10€ per item). It's all mentioned in booking conditions, so it's fine from 'legal' side, but from customer experience side it's something that's really bothering and below standards. Also, he charged us 5€ for bicycle parking in an outside garage (for comparrison, al the other accomodations and hotels let us park bikes for free in some storage rooms or something).

It wasn't clearly mentioned at booking time or it was our missunderstanding, that on top of the price you have additionally pay for towels, bed sheets and cleaning fee. So for a night stay it was +40€ to the price. So it was big surprise for us. Plus you must leave deposit of 100€ in cash at the check in. Of couse, if everything is ok, you get it back, but we didn't have enough cash so went to ATM. Bed was super uncomfortable. Don't speak english
