Our first time vacationing in the Poconos and my family loved it. We are already thinking of returning next year. Lots to do in the area. Our granddaughters loved the beach. Home was comfortable an clean.

House was perfect honored delightful however, from the time I pulled into the development I felt like I had a target on my back. They obviously do not like renters there or out of state vehicles was constantly harassed by people at the clubhouse, the security officers people, checking beach badges, really unnecessary and unwelcoming. I would never go here again if I could pick the house up and move it someplace else it would be perfect.

Have rented homes at various pocono communities; this was our first time at Towanensing Trails. The home that we rented on Eliot Ln was perfect for our family and my daighter's Labernese dog and the hosts, Brian and Stacy, are terrific. Very friendly and responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay as nice as possible. The game room and hot tub were great, my kids got a lot of use out of both and also really enjoyed the community ameneties - pool, kayaking, lake/beach, tennis courts. Looking forward to going back there next July.

We had so much fun during our stay; the hot tub was a real highlight, and we also loved the pool table. We will DEFINITELY be back here very soon.

This was the perfect location for our extended Easter vacation. Close to places to hike, fish and enjoy family time.

My husband and I booked this house on very short notice as I was looking for a place that had a hot tub and a pool table or table tennis. This place had both! We stayed less than 24 hours thanks to the owners being open to a 1-night stay, even though there is a 2-night minimum, and we were able to bring our beloved dogs. The pros for me were... - great location in a community in the Poconos - spacious home with many sleeping options, lots of tvs - fireplace and hot tub, both of which were great! - game room! Best part of the stay - pool table that converted to a ping pong table, Golden Tee game, and a mini arcade console with over 400 classic games, indoor shuffleboard table, darts, and horseshoe outdoors we could see through the snow. - owner was fast in his responses to me about questions and for booking. The only cons were... - no bedding or towels were provided. I've stayed in more than 20 VRBO's all over the world and never have I had to bring my own bedding. We live 3 hours driving distance so we could add in towels and bedding, but if people fly in or have a lot of people staying, that's a lot of extra luggage. Not only were there no bedding or shower towels but no towels in the bathroom after you wash your hands. Or even paper towels/napkins. - the bed (double size) in the downstairs room was really uncomfortable and squeaky. - I wish we could have played darts but none of them had flights on them. The ones that were there were frayed. Some of the game accessories (paddles, dart flights, pool rack) were a little rough, but most were still usable. - wasn't any information on how things worked. Every other VRBO I've stayed at had a little cheat sheet with things like how to use the arcade console, the tvs that all had multiple remotes, adjusting the thermostat/fireplace. Eventually we figured it out or gave up. There was a binder with some information but more general like where to get delivery food. Brian (owner) was easy to contact with questions but it'd be nice to have some of those common questions already answered with an FAQ at the home. Overall, it was a nice, short and fun stay for my husband and the game setup and hot tub were great. A family or bunch of friends would have a great time here with all the places to sleep, the games, and location to outdoor activities.

Brian was a great host. House was accommodating for 4 adults and 4 children. Had a great time! Extra bonus, Big Boulder is only 10 minutes away.

This house was perfect for my groups getaway. Location seas only minutes away from skirmish paintball. House was very clean. The amenities were perfect. Really couldn’t ask for a better property for our needs.

Wonderful weekend. Nice place 12/10 on the games and entertainment. Darts, horseshoes, pool, golden tee, pac man arcade with a ton of games, shuffleboard, cards, ping pong, the hot tub, plenty to do even on a cold or rainy day. The place needs some updates, beds were not very comfortable, but overall accommodations were nice. Would definitely come again. Hosts were great to work with.

Brian and Stacy are certainly Premire Hosts. The property has so much to offer. House was very clean and everything worked properly. I did a weekend with some old friends from work and we absolutely loved the house and location. So much to do. Great communication and very reasonable rates. Highly recommended. Me and 9 of my buddies needed a long weekend up the mountains. Right off the bat Brian and his wife Stacy were amazing. They reached out to me hours after I booked and were more than helpful. This house is perfect for a relaxing weekend away. It was clean and very spacious. The hot tub and game room were big hits. I can’t wait to stay here again! Can’t recommend this place enough! Brian was great to deal with and quick to respond to questions. We did not receive information for check-in from VRBO other than to contact the property owner. Brian solved that problem right away and got us in. The house was close to the Pocono Raceway for easy access to Sunday's NASCAR race. The short drive to Jim Thorpe, PA was a big hit for everyone in our family. Boutiques, coffee shops, restaurants, and the train for the railroad enthusiasts. The lake and pool within the community were close and easy to access.

We really enjoyed our stay. The game room was a hit. The only complaints that I have is that the kitchen needs new cookware, & the queen bed upstairs is broken.

The Trails community is limited in hiking paths and the amenities are not always open during certain times; but Hickory Run State Park is nearby and provides more adventurous fun.

Our stay couldn’t have been more perfect! From the amazing communication with Brian to the perfect get away home they shared with us. I couldn’t have asked for more in a weekend getaway. They offered an expansive array of gaming and entertainment for every age group. Though it was only my husband and I and enjoyed the outdoor setting their home provided. There was a beautiful patio arrangement out front to watch the wildlife in the front yard. The back patio provided a very large hot tub which was amazing in every way as we watched the deer grazing and playfully running throughout the yard. At night we enjoyed the stars that truly were mesmerizing. Brian’s welcoming committee of eight deer met us at the drive way and stayed around the area throughout the whole visit. They were there every day! Bring a bag of apples. You will be thrilled you did. Brian thank you for the amazing experience and allowing us your home for a very relaxing weekend. We can’t wait to come back! If there were more than five stars I would be giving it!
