We needed to wait until almost 4pm to get the keys, even if the house was empty, nobody was in it.

The house was not cleaned properly, and it had bugs in the bathroom.

The location is excellent, beach right at the bottom of your garden, very peaceful and private yet only a few mins walk to shops, restaurants etc. The manager of the Ermis suites next door is very helpful and accommodating every time we asked for anything eg extra pillows. The house is very clean, comfy beds and large bedrooms with plenty of storage space. If you want to use a pool you only have to walk a few metres along the beach to use one at several hotels/apartments. We paid 3 euros for a sunbed on the beach which included use of the hotel pool which was just off the beach but then nice to return to your own private place. We didn’t do much cooking at the property but it would be good to have a microwave just for quick snacks. Maybe some little solar string lights on the tree at night would add to the atmosphere when sitting outside in the evening. The owner of the house who I communicated with several times before our stay was amazingly helpful and responded very quickly every time. We would return to the house, the price was very reasonable.

The location is ideal next to the sandy beach, super market, bakery, restaurants. We used it as a base to explore the rest of Chania, the national road is really close. The central square is less than 10 min on foot. The views from the balconies are amazing. The house was sparkling clean and equipped with everything you might need. Excellent choice for holidays at Chania.

Ideal spot to enjoy your holidays on the beach, especially if you have kids. No need to carry or prepare anything, you are right on the beach. Fully equipped, shiny clean, safe house. Easy Parking. Highly recommended.
