Ahhh Tuscany. You know those charming Italian villas we've all seen, and you've wondered what it would be like to stay in one? This is your chance! You've stayed in enough nondescript hotel rooms and other vanilla property rentals-- treat yourself this time. It's set back in the countryside, but convenient to Siena. Beautiful views. Stunning, well-kept grounds with flowers and plants. The apartment has a well stocked kitchen and has a living space to relax and watch TV. After a long day of sight seeing we were able to relax by the pool. In the evenings we sat outside on the lounge chairs, drinking wine and looking at stars. Truly a magical place.

Loved everything about the place. Especially David the host! Lovely property, grounds, pool, room, kitchen, bathroom all wonderful.

The property is well maintained, very comfortable, set up to accommodate cooking, relaxing or going out to eat. David the host is the height of hospitality, whether relaxing on the property, walking the country side or sightseeing. We would definitely stay there again and will recommend to family and friends.

This location is PERFECT! Yes it is down a long road, but we did not have any problem finding this location on our own. We downloaded the Maps of Italy onto our own GPS for the rental car and it took us right to the Road of the Villa. We did stop and ask someone and we were guided just a little further down the road. What an amazing Driveway entrance lined with BEAUTIFUL Cyprus Trees. David, Simone, and Vittoria are the most gracious hosts and warm and wonderful people. We were invited to their BBQ on May 1st. We ate authentic Italian cooking, had some traditional Italian goodies David and Simone and their friends were so friendly and funny and welcoming. After Dinner we took a beautiful walk around the area with the whole crew…Such amazing, beautiful sights. BRAVO MARIO!!!!!! This Villa is rustic and comfortable and had all of the amenities you need. I wish it was warm enough for us to have used the pool! During our stay, we were able to visit: Volterra, San Gimignano, The Verrazano Winery in the Chianti Region, We even hiked Cinque Terre. Cinque Terre was a 2.5 hr drive but WELL WORTH IT! this location was close enough to everything, ESPECIALLY Siene!!!!!! the shopping in Siene was Perfect and it only took us about 15 minutes to get to the center of Siene. We made it to the market on Wednesday morning and walked around all day on Wed. We even went back on Friday to have dinner and do some more shopping. I can't say enough wonderful things about David, Simmone and Vittoria and of course the Villa and the location and our trip to Italy! We will definitely be back. Ciao
