Condo had everything from linens to cookware, comfy beds and very cute decor, 1 minute walk to the beach and to Sand Flea beach bar/food. Pools and courts about a 5 minute walk to back of property. 10/10 recommend!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Well maintained. Kids loved the bunkbeds. Kitchen is fully equipped. Just a few steps to the beautiful beach. Located in the heart of Destin, in my opinion. Quiet spot with very little outside noise. Family friendly. Definitely worth a repeat stay. Small bar of soap is provided, as well as toilet paper. Bring other bathroom necessities. No provided beach accessories that we saw (no biggie). Umbrella and two beach chairs were included with the stay. Make sure to go early to get yours!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was in the perfect spot for walking to the beach. The property was clean and well maintained. The few things that spoiled it for us was NO COFFEE POT. We went out that evening to purchase one that we left to the unit. My previous stay at another unit was better equipped with the cleaning supplies and cooking accessories. This unit had nothing to bake in the oven with nor any paper towels. So plan to make a trip immediately to the store. I would recommend the property to a friend or relative but informed them with what they need to bring to have a better stay. THE INTERNET WAS NOT GOOD AT ALL!
