We had the best time in Port de Soller!
the apartment was exactly what we needed and perfecty located. If we come back to Mallorca, we will make sure that this is the spot where we will be going :)

The property is very well equipped and in a perfect position to enjoy the most beautiful part of the island. We are regular visitors and would certainly like to stay in this property again.

Good property not very stylish but great location and spacious. Loo in en-suite bathroom not working properly and had to fix myself! Shelf in kitchen cupboard collapsed in the night!

Osterurlaub
Wir waren zu Sechst in der tollen großen und hellen Wohnung.
Unsere Kleinen, 1 Monat und 20 Monate alt, hatten allerhand Zubehör. Geschwisterwagen, Maxicosi etc. konnten wunderbar im Aufzug hoch transportiert werden. Auch in der Wohnung ist dafür mehr als genügend Platz dafür gewesen. Babybett und Hochstuhl waren auch super. Die Küche ist auch super ausgestattet. Es fehlte an nichts.
Der Standort ist optimal für Strand, Shopping, Wandern, Essen. Sogar der Bummelzug hält direkt vorm Haus. Alles in 1-5 Minuten erreichbar.
Wir haben uns sehr in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt und sind uns sechs auch nicht immer auf die Füße getreten.
Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war 1A. Auch wurde uns gleich geholfen, als wir dachten, wichtige Dokumente vergessen zu haben. Super netter und freundlicher Service.
Wir kommen wieder.

Ideale Basis für Ausflüge im Nordwesten
Ich habe die Wohnung ausgesucht, weil sie „barrierearm“ (es gibt ein paar Stufen am Eingang) ist und weil der Parkplatz direkt gegenüber liegt. Meine Eltern - im Seniorenalter - haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt und zu dritt war es mehr als komfortabel. Der Balkon ist im Frühjahr ab Mittag schön sonnig, so dass wir trotz kühler Temperaturen oft draußen saßen. Für sechs Euro ( Münzen oder Karte) bekommt man ein Parkticket für 24 Std. Da wir viel unterwegs waren, haben wir es nicht immer gebraucht. Die Straße hat nur wenig Verkehr, da nur Anwohner weiter als bis zum Parkplatz fahren dürfen. Ab und zu rattert die historische Tram vorbei, nur tagsüber zu sehr zivilen Zeiten und ausgesprochen nett anzuschauen. Zur Strandpromenade ist es nicht weit und nach Sóller auch nur 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Es war eine tolle Basis für unsere Ausflüge nach Valldemossa, Alcudia, Pollensa, Son Marroig, Alfabia...

My wife and I know this area very well having visited over many years, but we needed a new apartment in which to stay as our usual choice is no longer available. This 3 bedroom, bright, clean and well equipped property fitted the bill. It has excellent facilities including two recently re-fitted bathrooms, large rooms, a well equipped kitchen, free wifi and, should you feel the need, full UK television. Just one minor point: my wife has mobility issues which means she uses a wheeled frame to help her walk. The apartment is advertised with handicap access and there is a very good lift to the 2nd floor apartment. But there are about 6 steps to get to the lift from the entrance door. It was not a problem for us as with my help she is able to walk up the steps and the walking frame is light enough to carry to the lift, just a little point to note if you are not able to walk up steps. Transport connections are very good with the local bus stop in the large spacious car park opposite and the famous Soller tram stop just a short level walk down the road. We had a hire car and had no problem finding a space and, as a bonus, the parking attendant told us we could park for free using our UK blue badge in an appropriate space. However, I should say this is pre Brexit, if and when Brexit happens who knows! The apartment is very close to the sea and all the bars/restaurants along the front but still far enough away to remain quiet. Finally, the property manager was extremely helpful and efficient with prompt responses to our messages and excellent information and support. We certainly will return.

We have just stayed for 10 days in your lovely apartment. The apartment is spacious and clean with everything you need . The location is perfect , 2 minutes from the sea and all local amenities. We will be returning !

No problems at all. For got to mention that the apartment door lock was sometimes tricky. Had to pull the door to get the lock to open. Lovely place. Will stay again.

Super half term holiday
A lovely apartment with everything you could possibly need. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Just a step away from the beach, promenade, shops, restaurants. We loved Port de Soller. Grandchildren just loved the week there and didn't want to leave. Next time we wouldn't bother with a hire car. Great for walks, boat trips , team and train to Palma. Spoilt for choice of restaurants even out of season.
