The house itself was nice. The ski/in-ski/out was amazing! The management staff were very nice and respectful!
The house was cute! It's a 3 story townhouse with ski access through the bottom two bedrooms. The 3 king beds worked great for us. The hot water heater only allowed for 3 showers within an hour and a half range, but we just planned our showers out. The two other couples with us commented on the beds being uncomfortable, but our bed downstairs was great and that can completely be based on opinion!
The shuttle offered was very unlike what we've experienced in the past. The drivers were Awesome! I would hire them if I owned a business! We wanted to be friends with most of them, but the scheduling was a bit unrealistic for us. We had a large party and half wanted to go one place and the other half wanted to go the other. Which would have been fine if they had more shuttles running at one time. We also could not always plan ahead as far as they requested so we waited a while to get a shuttle last minute and it was very hard to change times like at dinner or shopping because they already had another booking behind us. They tried their hardest I will admit to fit us in, but they definitely needed more drivers if your going to rely on the shuttle 100%. By the end of the trip we ended up needing Ubers because they were so set in timing and we needed to vary a bit due to having babies that needed naps and bedtime or food.
Not sure we would stay again due to price.

7 of us (all adults) stayed in this 4BR townhouse at Steamboat Springs. Views from the large windows in the back were lovely, with snow in the trees and skiers zipping down the ski trail in the canyon below. The kitchen was set up nicely so we could cook breakfast each morning. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were clean and pretty (though the master bedroom hot tub jets didn't turn on). The open plan living room space held comfy sofas and recliner chairs looking out the large glass windows to the skiing below. All the bedrooms had beautiful views out the windows.
We didn't rent a car, using a shuttle to get back and forth from the airport, the Storm Meadows shuttle system to get to the base and back, the iTrip shuttle to go door-to-door to wherever, and the free buses to get around town (shuttle drivers warned us that walking from the townhouse to the base was not recommended because there are no sidewalk). The public shuttle system ran every half hour from early morning to 4:50PM, while the iTrip shuttle could be requested up to 10PM with 1 hour notice. This required a bit of planning as we had to specify dropoff and pickup times for dinner, but iTrip was flexible and when dinner ran late we could call to delay pickup.
Ski-out was a bit tricky as you had to exit the sliding glass doors on the lowest level and then drop perhaps 20 feet to the ski trail below. We cut a diagonal path through the deep snow to reduce the slope and make it easier to descend while wearing skis. Skiing back worked better if you removed your skis and hiked up the path. The back doors did not have combination locks so one person had to climb up around the townhouse, open the combination lock on the front door, then unlock the sliding glass doors on the bottom level. Some days some of us just skied to the base, then took the Storm Meadows shuttle to townhouse #1, and then hiked up a block or so to #21. Shuttle service was predictable and reliable and great.
This was a memorable trip for us, and we all loved this rental!

I’m always a little nervous when booking in. Location we are not familiar with but we could not have been happier with our choice at Steamboat. As advertised TRUE ski in/out location and the best part was the service from iTrip. Free shuttle included so we saved thousands by not needing a rental car. The condo was impeccably maintained and CLEAN. Highly recommend.

Location is great, we visited early season but I still don’t really think it’s a ski in property, although you do ski right to the backyard you need to climb a little to get to the back porch. Needs a little maintenance. If you’re more than six you need to alternate showering morning/night as the heater won’t handle more than 3 or four and still get warm water. The chimney wasn’t working. We did have a great time though and the townhome is super comfortable. We were happy to stay here.

This house did not disappoint! What a fun location for a large group to stay together! The house was newly remodeled and was very clean and organized. The access to the ski hill was amazing! The only difficulty we had was with the parking. 2 spots are available at the property, but there is extremely limited options for additional overnight parking in Steamboat.

We loved our stay at this townhome. Spacious for our party and had almost everything we needed. We loved the ski in/ out access this provided right on the side of the mtn. Kitchen was well stocked and all linens, and toiletries provided were a nice touch. We did have to pay an upcharge for the pack n play which was annoying since our nightly rate was very expensive. They did throw in some nice touches such as providing toys for our daughter.
They were very responsive with texts all during the day which is greatly appreciated.

Ski-In Ski-Awesome!
This recently renovated Townhome was great! It is a true ski-in ski-out location where you can step off the back porch, put your skis on and off you go. We ordered food directly from Safeway and the groceries were delivered right on time. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner at the townhome, using the updated kitchen, and enjoyed cocktails on the back porch with a fantastic view of the mountain. We also discovered that it's a fairly easy walk from the T-Bar cantina up the Right-of-way ski run, after re-hydrating, from a long day of skiing. The iTrip shuttle was very convenient and the driver very friendly...we used it to go into town and sent him a text when ready for a pick-up. There isn't a bathroom on the main level but they are easily accessible either upstairs or downstairs. Overall a great place that we will definitely consider for future visits!

We are all so pleasantly surprised with the quality of this listing. Thank you for all the smaller touches as well; step stools for the little ones, new, clean, humidifiers. ski-in and ski out access, extra towels, detergent, even a few welcome spices and condiments. Absolutely spotless. Quiet neighbors. Lovely views. Easy to find.

We had booked dates in early December when it turned out Steamboat had almost no snow and they extremely graciously allowed us to move our dates to the second week of January. iTrip was very supportive of the request as well and was very responsive during our stay to a few communication needs we had. The owners have recently remodeled this property with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The pictures are accurate. The beds are high quality and firm support. The living room furnishings are very comfortable. We had plenty of space and genuinely enjoyed our stay. Steamboat’s snow was late arriving this year and we arrived shortly after it did. The ski in/ski out was more of a short walk in/walk out for us but as the season progresses and the snow base improves I assume that does too. Also, the guest book in the property indicates that access to the gym/spa is available. Although we didn’t use the gym/spa this trip, just wanted to mention that. Would absolutely book this property again.

Steamboat Trip 2020
Unfortunately, our trip was cut short due to COVID-19 and the closure of the resort upon our arrival. However, I cannot speak highly enough about the property management. They were expedient and responsive in communication and provided a refund for the time we did not stay. I look forward to a time in the future when my family and I can stay in one of the properties managed by this management company again.

With 8 adults, And 3 children- 7, 21/2, and 8 months, the convenience of ski in ski out was in valuable. The condo in general needs updating and there were some things that sisn’t work- lights, uncomfortable beds etc. it was utilitarian and not fancy but that worked for us!

The property was as explained. Good cooking in the Kitchen and you cant beat the ski in and out off the lower back deck! We arrived with all of the food and drink we needed and didn't get in our car until we left. Thanks for a great stay! Used the hot tub down the road also.

Comfortable, relaxed, cozy
This easy going accommodation gave us great access to the slopes along with privacy and space for the 7 in our group.
The kitchen on the street level meant no lugging groceries upstairs. It was warm and welcoming on arrival and we quickly felt at home!

Great ski in/out property!
Great location for skiing! You can't beat not having to deal with parking and getting to the base - just walk out the bottom level and your on the slopes. The place has an older, but very clean decor. We received very quick and helpful responses from the property manager. Would highly recommend!

Great Location and Great Trip
The property was awesome and it was truly ski in/ski out. We had the perfect amount of room for our group and it was a great location. The house had everything you could need and even included all of the amenities and condiments. The house is old but it was perfect for us. It had plenty of games and the wifi worked great. We spent most of time on the slopes and it was nice to have that home feel. Definitely like to book again.

The four bedrooms gave us plenty of room for our family reunion, and the layout (bedrooms on top and bottom levels) allowed the night owls and early risers to congregate in the middle level without disturbing others.

Great place. Would have given 5 stars but furnishings are outdated and need to be refreshed. Great location. Wish there were steps or slightly better path to the slope located about 5 feet behind condo. Hot water did run out if all bathrooms were occupied at same time—so work our schedule for showering. Again overall great place. Awesome location. Will rent again if available.

The location and property were great. However the trash was not taken out. And laundry wasn’t done.
Aside from the unfinished laundry, unmade beds, and no room for our trash; we had a wonderful time. Can’t beat the location with plenty of room for friends and family.

Amazing!
We had an amazing time! The townhouse is perfectly located, and the layout is great. They main living area with a fireplace, and kitchen and dinning area are on the ground floor when you walk in from the front door. Two large bedrooms downstairs with a full bathroom. Then two more bedrooms, and two full bathrooms upstairs. Lots of room and very comfortable. Each floor has a large balcony looking at the mountain and you can watch the skiers and snowboarders go right by the unit. The bottom floor balcony has steps that go down to a green run that will will bring you right to the base of the mountain to get on any of the lifts or gondola to head up the mountain. There are two parking spaces with one of them covered. Absolutely love the ski in and out, but if you prefer you can get a shuttle to take you within a matter of a couple of minutes of calling. Would definitely come back here, and highly recommend to anyone. I've been to many different resorts and mountains in Colorado, but this was our first time in Steamboat, and I can say this was our favorite of all.
