Location. Good space. Well organized kitchen. Easy to access.

The decor was modern and tasteful. The location was superb, with lovely views from the windows. The staff were in contact very quickly if we could not locate something, so we felt well looked after. The large bed was extremely comfortable. An excellent apartment.

Can't be better in terms of location. Ideal for visiting Troyes. Excellent interaction and responsiveness of the owner.

A very charming apartment, very clean and well-equipped in an excellent location right in the historic city centre. Can't find a better property for a stay in Troyes. There are plenty of excellent restaurants and shops within a few meters.

Location was superb in centre of the old town, all amenities close by. Good glazed windows meant quiet at night despite overlooking the main old town square. Nicely presented apartment, very comfortable, sunny.

Check-in was difficult and check-out was a nightmare. Check-in - we could not find the apartment as it was partly hidden by scaffolding and there was no street number on the entry door. After an hour of searching, the nice manager found us and all then went well. Check-out - the manager never turned up at the AGREED checkout time. We had to leave to fly out of France, and it has taken almost 3 weeks to get our Euro 300 deposit refunded to us. BUT the actual owner was very apologetic and did her best to expedite the bank transfer

The location is great. The room is fantastic.
