This is not a hotel, and guests should be informed straight up front. I emailed them twice about an early arrival and their answer was evasive. When my wife and two daughters arrived 5am from an island ferry, there was no one there, except a security guard who claimed not to know anything. We were not allowed proper channels to cancel. The lobby where my wife and kids had to wait was full of mosquitoes. This place is a scam, and they wanted to charge a CANCELLATION fee, which is how they make their money. Ultimately it is BOOKING.coms responsibility since they allowed MABOLO GARDEN FLATS to use their platform.

I'm not sure if this was a hotel or a gulag. There were a list if rules and penalties on the wall, in each room e.g - Not observing silence = fine 2000 PHP - Stains on bed linen = Fine 2000 PHP - cooking fish = fine 500 PHP - Leaving clothes to dry on the balcony = fine 500 PHP And the list went on and on...... There were also instructions for fines based on a guests electricity usage. If someone left a light on 200PHP fine per 'Incident' etc... I'm actually surprised there weren't any fines for smiling, snoring, or breathing. And I'm shocked that Booking.com would even have that place listed - it was truely that bad. And this is before I've even mentioned the state of the room. Half the light didn't work. No bathroom sink. No mirror. (I had to shave and brush my teeth in the kitchen sink). So many cockaroaches it was almost funny... I could go on but I think you get the message!

I booked 2 rooms in consecutive but they keep cancelling may reservation and I paid almost 12,000 but still they did not refund my money back.

We liked the location since we attended a convention at IEC Convention Center. Probably, a 7 to 10-minutes walk.

I booked for a two-bedroom 1unit apartment for 4days, but informed only a day before our stay that we will be staying in two separate units. It left us no choice but to agree with their terms since it was very late to book/look for another accommodation. The other unit was okay. But the other one has not properly prepared for the guests. We haven't used the smart TV since it doesn't connect to the internet. We informed the host to check the connection and drop by to the unit but they didn't. They were strictly implementing their rules but they were not willing to entertain our concerns. Overall, we enjoyed our stay since the place was near from the IEC convention center where we attended a convention and accessible to the malls and IT Park.

pool is nice on 17 th floor. we did not use it but just went up to check and the city view at night is good.

I like the rooms in general, pool is accessible to all guests, has a convenience store in the ground floor and friendly security guards.

Advertised as 4 person per room, booked 2 rooms, but each bedroom was not prepared ahead for 4. The first room has 1 bed for 2 people and a futon for 1 person, the other room only has 1 bed for 2 person and nothing else although stated in the ad that a futon is provided, had to call the host and waited til 9pm to be provided with not a futon but 2 bed covers as the only option available.. was not a comfortable sleep at all for the other guests.
