Lovely spot, nice house with some great touches like decent amount of cutlery and crockery. Beautiful balcony with lots of avian visitors; children's crockery; loads of chopping boards, decent knives; nice big fridge plenty of glassware; well-stocked pantry (i.e. oils, vinegars, salt, pepper, flour etc).

A bit of collected dust in hard-to-reach places;

none of the TVs worked properly , Austar was of and downstairs TV wouldn’t even turn on

Location was good for our purposes. Plenty of room and nice and bright. Liked the provision of sheets and towels, but would have preferred to have cheaper rent and bring our own.

A few things that weren't working. Fan in upstairs bathroom, no plug in downstairs bathroom hand basin, no teapot or coffee plunger - we didnt want to use the pod system as its not environmentally sustainable, flyscreen in main room was torn. And finally, the kettle - need a Phd to understand how it works.

Lovely convenient walk to the main street. The view from the balcony was perfect. The beds were super comfortable.
