Very nice comfortable appartment with large terrace opening onto the garden area. Great location, just a 20 min walk to the Marina and restaurants and easy access to the local golf courses.

We Had a fantastic week with our 2yr old.Stunning Apt with everything we needed in beautiful grounds. Pool area was quiet & so enjoyable. Walked to & from the beach each morning & poolside in the afternoon. Travel cot & high chair provided were perfect. We used Uber app to order transport to the Marina in the evenings (€4 before 7pm & €6/€8 after) the local mini markets are fine for bread,water & small things but recommend getting an Uber/taxi to the Continente Modelo Quarteira at the start of your stay. We look forward to another trip & would absolutely recommend Alain & his property.

Booking process very easy, Alain the owner kept us updated on all check in details etc. Lovely spacious apartment and had everything you’d need, gardens very well keep and pool area lovely and well presented. 20 mins stroll to the marina and only 5 euros return in a taxi. Would definitely return again.

Great Appartment has everything that you would need here! Lovely garden area which was perfect for baby to play. Travel cot and high chair available which was perfect! Pool area was lovely and very quiet (don’t know if this was because of Covid).
Location was fine for us as able to walk however would note that it is a 20 minute walk into Vilamoura and there are no restaurants or bars on the way. The nearest shop is about 15 mins away as the closest one is closed. But would have been cheap enough to get a taxi into Vilamoura.
Would have also been nice to have a cleaner giving the length of time we stayed.
However overall absolutley loved the apartment and would recommend would just explain location distance to people first.

We had a wonderful vacances at this appartment. The house has everything you need for a relaxing days. It is spacious, with beautiful surrounding garden and a very nice pool. Very well located, near the beach and also from Vilamoura's marina (you could go there walking, if you like to walk).
By the 2 weeks we stayed there, the condominium was really calm an quiet. We loved our stay, and it will be a great pleasure to came back in the future.

We had a fantastic stay here. The property is fantastic, much larger that the photos suggest. The gardens are beautiful and it was all so peaceful.
Great location, a shop, restaurant and bar situated very close by or alternatively a 20 minute walk to the marina which is packed with restaurants, bars and shops to suit all tastes.
Also we would recommend the dolphin safari, great couple of hours on a speed boat and we did get to see the dolphins which was amazing.
Overall we would recommend this apparent and the area of Vilamora.

Our family has been holidaying in Vilamoura annually for 15 years. We love the place. Alain's apartment is the best accommodation we've had the pleasure to stay in.
Modern, spacious, comfortable, a beautiful garden and pool, a peaceful and tranquil setting and equipped with all necessary equipment. We will be back, hopefully next year.
Only a five minute walk to a local Spar minimarket, Parky's bar and a cafe. Only a 20 minute walk to the glorious Marina and all its amenities, and a 20 minute walk to the stunning Falesia Beach. Taxis are cheap if you don't fancy the walk.
Along the N125, it's a ten minute drive to Aquashow, a 15 minute drive to Albufeira Marina, a 20 minute drive to the Algarve Shopping Mall, a 25 minute drive to Zoomarine, a 30 minute drive to Aqualand and a 35 minute drive to Slide And Splash.
If you like Motorsport, do visit the International Circuit of the Algarve, which is an incredible facility in the hills between Portimao and Lagos. It has one of the best Karting tracks in Europe.

Beautifully presented apartment with the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in!! Apt a good 20 min walk from marina with the advantage of peace and quiet. Probably need a car if you don’t like walking although taxi service very efficient.

Alain was the perfect host, easy check in process and gave us all the information we needed in advance. The apartment is huge and very clean and modern. Alain left us a delicious bottle of local wine in the fridge on arrival which was a welcoming touch. Lovely complex with a pool less than 75metres from the terrace. The marina and beach are a 15-20min walk and the best Don Pedro golf courses are within 10minute drives. Can’t wait to stay again. Highly recommend.

This is the second consecutive year that we have stayed at Alain's fantastic little holiday home and we will be going back again next year. It's got great access to the Marina and beaches but is also far away enough to offer a bit of peace and tranquillity.

We stayed in this lovely apartment for a week from 28th July. It is modern and well equipped with everything that you would need. Lovely terraced area looking onto the garden and a very short walk to the pool. Would highly recommend it and hope to be back soon.
