We had a great week's stay in Nelson's house in Cabanas. The house is well equipped with everything you will need for a comfortable stay. Outdoor space is great with the roof terrace offering wonderful views as well as a being a great sun trap. It was wonderful to return to Cabanas to enjoy the sunshine, great food, wine, and friendly hospitality on offer.

De vakantiewoning was voorzien van alle noodzakelijke voorzieningen en voldoende ruim om met 4 personen te verblijven. De ligging (op een soort vakantiepark) was rustig. Het dakterras bood alle privacy om lekker van de zon te genieten. Het rustige en vriendelijke dorp Cabanas de Tavira met restaurants en kleine supermarkt en het strand waren op loopafstand (ca 300 meter). Bruno was indien nodig op eerste verzoek meteen beschikbaar voor hulp en advies.

You couldn't ask for more, excellent pool, so clean, just metres from the back gate, a friendly bar opposite pool and a fabulous restaurant 100metres from the bar. Town has many cafés and restaurants and a short water taxi followed by a short walk and your on a huge sandy beach with the Atlantic waves.

Gostamos muito da casa. Bem localizada. A piscina é uma mais valia num aldeamento bastante simpático.

Localização muito agradável e empreendimento acolhedor

Sehr gut und ruhig gelegen. Objekt ist grundsätzlich mit allem was benötigt wird ausgestattet. Pfannen müssten jedoch dringend ersetzt werden. Schöne Garten- und Dachterrasse. Jede Etage hat ein eigenes Bad! Parken kein Problem. Alles in allem ein gutes Urlaubsdomizil.

A casa é muito gira, bem decorada e com a leveza de uma casa de praia. Está super equipada, não falta nada na cozinha e dispõem ainda de imensos brinquedos de praia para as crianças, jogos para os adultos e adolescentes. Está localizada num pequeno aldeamento, a 15 minutos a pé do centro da vila de Tavira e dos barcos para a praia. Não precisa de utilizar carro, tem tudo próximo, restaurantes, bares, supermercado, mercado! O proprietário muito simpático e disponível bem como o responsável local. Gostamos muito e queremos voltar. Gratos por estas férias maravilhosas!

Great location on a site with a very large communal pool. The house was lovely and we were not short of anything. We mainly dined out, but used the barbeque in the garden twice. The house is situated within walking distance of a couple of local supermarkets, some great restaurants and of course the stunning Cabanas beach. There was a really nice atmosphere in Cabanas in the evening. We had our grandchildren with us and they had a fantastic time. I would thoroughly recommend and may even return.

Nous avons été satisfait de cette location. La maison est agréable avec son jardin et ses deux terrasses. Elle est très bien équipée. Nous y avons passé un très bon moment et avons découvert une belle région.

Nelsons House is in great conditions. All you need is in the house. The kitchen got it all. The roof terrace got a amazing view. Cabanas is a perfect location for trips to Spain or sightseeing along the coast. We will come back! Andreas

This property contributes to a great holiday experience in a great location. It is also well-equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances to make your stay a comfortable one. We have used the barbeque / outside grill on a daily basis and did our own cooking every day. I would recommend a car to explore the area although the property is a 5 min walk to the main town centre for those who just want to enjoy the sun. The service by the owner and the local representative was very good and I will definitely be back for a second visit hopefully in the very near future.

Beautiful house with 3 lovely suntraps. Plenty of cooking equipment and crockery.Beds comfy and aircon a bonus.Only disappointing part was the cleaning of shower room and under beds could have been to a better standard. Didn't really want to clean the shower before we used it! It was good to have a washer as only one set of towels a week so needed to wash them.Thanks for the wine and port.

The sail shade above the table in the garden was perfect. Quinta Velha is a privately owned villa area with two fabulous restaurants and a quiet friendly pool bar. The pool area is so clean with padded sun beds. A short walk to the left is the supermarket, butcher, baker & fresh fish shop at Cabanas village. Passing the bus stop to Tavira town. Cabanas village has rustic restaurants serving fabulous fish, a beautiful beach & board walk plus the odd shop or tiled fronted house. A short walk to the right is Conceicao train station. Its a bit like the wild west! Print off the timetable before you leave UK. We visited Monte Gordo for shopping & delicious coffee.Nelsons house is refitted & modern ( Ikea I think) with everything you need for a comfortable stay in the best home from home complex in Cabanas. My Partner has visited Cabanas eight times. This was my first of many " I hope" ? A big thank you to Bruno for letting us in early due to our early flight. Really appreciated & I hope to meet up with you next time xx

Moradia com espaço exterior muito agradável, com barbecue. Tem também um terraço muito agradável. Fica perto da piscina e do bar do aldeamento. E possível ir a pé ate aos barcos para a praia (15 minutos por rota corta-mato entre as casa). A casa está bem equipada, tem tudo o que é preciso, e também wifi!!! Vale a pena!

Nelsons Haus bietet viel Platz für eine vierköpfige Familie. Die Kinder haben sich über ihr eigenes Bad gefreut. Eine herrliche Aussicht bietet die Dachterrasse und durch das Sonnensegel ist der Garten angenehm schattig. Alles ist sehr gepflegt. Direkt vor dem Haus lädt der Pool mit kostenlosen Liegen und Schirmen zu einem Bad ein. Dieser ist auf einer Seite tief genug, um richtig zu schwimmen. Ein paar Schritte entfernt befinden sich die Bar und 2 Restaurants. Eines ist gehobene Klasse. Das andere und die Bar bieten sehr günstige Preise an. Sehr gut gefallen hat uns die Ausstattung des Hauses. Ob Pürierstab, Ofen, Toaster, Fön, 2 Stühle und Schirm für den Strand oder Gesellschaftsspiele, alles vorhanden! Danke auch an Bruno für die super Betreuung! Es war ein toller Urlaub!

Cabanas de Tavira is a lovely village, although I gather it is rammed in the summer. The weather was superb, blue sky every day and the temperature in the high 60's.The house is very nice. There were four of us and suited us fine. Four is about the right number. The property is fairly new with tow good sized bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen and a dining /living area. Amazingly we ate outside in February, on three occasions and used the barbecue!We were welcomed on arrival with a bottle of wine - a nice touch. Nearby is the pool which we did not use but we did use the nearby bar, a bottle of wine, a beer and a coke for just over 6 euros. Very pleasant way to spend an hour in the afternoon.Two restaurants nearby, one owned by the guy who has the bar. Fantastic food of very high quality. Not cheap but the quality was superb.We visited Tavira, Loule, Seville and the highlight was the local nature reserve.If you go here you will have a great time!
