Great

Our view was absolutely AMAZING!! We loved every minute. The rooms were very nice and clean. Our host was Brett was awesome. Always got back with us promptly. Loved that there was a washer and dryer in the room. Can’t wait to stay again.

Definitely needs updated. The shower curtain was moldy. The bedroom TV was not a smart TV so couldn’t get streaming. The view was absolutely breath taking. The pool was average. Over all for the price it was awesome. Thank u. Will be visiting again.

We were very excited to stay at the beach! The unit was clean and we loved having a washer/dryer. The newly remodeled kitchen and bathroom were beautiful. The bedroom “area” was awful and really took away from our vacation. Old spring mattress and thin bedding destroyed many a night’s sleep for my husband and me. A super easy fix and will hopefully be heeded by the owners. There was a nice variety of pillows. The view and location were GREAT! The balcony furniture belonged in a landfill…unacceptable. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and eating in but you do have to bring in everything to cook including the salt & pepper so be prepared. Great view of the fireworks on the pier and close to a bunch of great restaurants. Beach was beautiful and it was easy to get on and off. Pool at Island Wind East was great and we were able to enjoy it after July 4th. Lots of families, good vibes! Be aware that this unit is at the elevators and the bedroom wall with the window is right there…super noisy July 3-5. I wish we had known this before booking. If the owners take care of the bedroom situation and the balcony furniture (and provide ear plugs!) this is a 5 star rental. In the current state giving it a 3. Location of the condo in the area is great…walkable to everything. We only took the car to get groceries!
