My recent stay at Hotel Casa Palacio Maria Luisa was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional service that set the tone for an unforgettable honeymoon experience. As soon as we stepped out of our car, they kindly took our bags and addressed us by our names. The hotel is elegant and attention is paid to detail down to the fragrance filling the air as you step into the foyer. It was our honeymoon, and to our surprise, we found a welcome gift waiting for us in our room. It was a beautiful gesture, and it made us feel even more special. The hotel's concierge was incredibly helpful in providing us with recommendations for local places to eat. They seemed genuinely interested in ensuring we had the best experiences possible during our stay. The room itself was a haven of luxury. Every detail, from the soft and plush bed Manchester to the high-quality toiletries in the bathroom, reflected the hotel's commitment to providing an exceptional stay for its guests. One additional impressive detail that caught our attention was a card thoughtfully placed in our room, predicting the weather for the next day. At check-out, the hotel surprised us once again with a small branded tote filled with water and snacks. It was a kind gesture that demonstrated their attention to even the smallest details. The breakfast experience was delightful. Served directly to our table by the very patient waiter, we were treated to a delicious variety of options that went beyond the standard hotel fare. From start to finish, the customer journey at Hotel Casa Palacio Maria Luisa was flawlessly executed. It was evident that the staff took great pride in ensuring every guest felt pampered and cherished. The level of personalised service we received made us feel like we were in a home away from home. Our honeymoon at the hotel was an enchanting experience, and we wish we could have stayed longer.

This is the best hotel that provides services that make guests feel comfortable. When I felt lost in the place I wanted to go, he said it was close and accompanied me. Then, the receptionist at that place told me that there was a place I wanted to go next, so please call a taxi. Even though it is a five-star hotel, it is very kind without being pretentious, and I became a fan of this hotel. And I love the city of Jerez! When I told them about my room preferences in advance, they fulfilled my wishes and it was a dream-like stay! I will come back to Jerez again to stay at this hotel! thank you!

I usually don't give 10/10 but this was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, not only in Spain but in the world. Firstly, the staff were so friendly and helpful as for example Borja and one of the Romanian staff members, helped us with our restaurant reservations for Grand Melia and gave us many other tasteful recommendations in Jerez. Secondly, the rooms and the overall vibe of the hotel made the experience so much nicer and less stressful since you could see that so much thought and dedication has been put in creating the interior of this hotel. Breakfast was also great since there was A la carte styled selection with a great variety of hot and cold beverages, as well as fresh and crispy pastries. In addition, you could see how the hotel pays a lot of attention to detail as not only did we receive a welcome amenity when we arrived, but also we were given chocolate and even a bear as a souvenir, which made the stay an even more enjoyable one. Overall, this was good value for money and I can't wait to stay here again with my family!

It was for our wedding and we were able to check into the wedding suite the morning of the wedding to get ready it was amazing! Such helpful staff!

Excellent location for old Town walks, near to main plaza and many tapas restaurants. Service was impeccable. Fluent english spoken. Beautifully cared-for former palace. Lovely outdoor cocktail area and garden. Excellent shower and bath facilities. Extremely pleasant and efficient staff. Staff valeted the car to and from parking. All in all, a fabulous small boutique hotel both modern and with character at the same time.

Staff were friendly and professional. Our superior double room was upgraded to the junior suite. Great location in centre of Jerez. T22 restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.
