Overall we had a good stay at the house. The location was great, and was so close to the beach- just a few steps from the beach access point! There was plenty of space for 6 of us (4 adults and 2 kids). We appreciated the beach toys, wagon, and beach towels available (we had our own, but it’s always fun to have different things for the kids). The outside shower was great! I also really liked the office area in the master suite, since we unfortunately had to work some on vacation. Some things I wish we had known: There was only 1 bath towel per person for our entire 6 day stay. I asked about extras and was told that’s all that was provided. There was a “starter pack” with 3 dishwasher pods, trash bags, a sponge, dish soap, and 3 packs of laundry detergent. We were frustrated with having to take an extra trip to Publix to get basic supplies. These are basics that have been provided at other places we’ve stayed and I wish I had known to bring supplies from home. There were enough pots and pans there for the minimal cooking we did.

We recently enjoyed two weeks at this property and had a wonderful vacation. The house was spotless, well furnished and had a perfect location. Communication with the property manager was excellent. A short distance to nice restaurants and fun shops. We would definitely rent this property again!

The house is large, with plenty of room for many people. It has 3 decks, one is screened. There is an out door shower in the back as well as a grill. It is very clean and spacious. They had beach towels ready for use as well as a wagon and beach supplies in the garage. The walk to Bean Point was short and easy. The island is a little busy at points of the day, but the beach was well worth it. Such a gorgeous beach. We will stay here again 100%.

My family and I have been visiting AMI every year for the past 3 summers. We were extremely satisfied with the location of this property and the short walk to the beach/Bean Point. The house was well stocked with everything we could have possibly needed, including plenty of beach equipment. We would definitely consider staying at this home again in the future.
