Very clean and spacious, nicely decorated.

Check in - the system they used didn’t recognize my booking. I needed to find their staff to help, which took us some time. But not a big problem. Staff were very nice.

The staff gave us a lot of information, the location is very convenient (10min walking from Hakodate Station and tram line), the decoration in living room and bedroom is cool!

The only thing is the room was a little bit smelly because of humidity.

Super fun decorations and Ryosuke (the host) was very kind. He gave us free coffee and snacks. Super comfy beds and lots of fun games to play. Very close walk to lots of delicious food. We stayed two nights and wish we had more time to stay longer! If I'm ever back in Hakkodate, I will stay here again.

Great atmosphere, cozy rooms, very knowledgeable staff.

A little bit far from transportation, though still walkable. Walls are a bit thin when there are other guests staying there. Only one toilet to share on the second floor which could be problematic when fully booked

The guesthouse was great. It had heaps of amenities for us to use and was very clean. It's close to the streetcar and only 10min walk from train station. Suzuki was super helpful with the guesthouse and local tips. Highly recommend

Everything. Super comfy bed, warm, clean bathrooms/toilets, nice deco. I recommend this place for families with kids. Free flow of coffee, tea and snacks.
