Clean, comfy, easy to check in and to check out, host were constantly checking up online and were curious about our experience
A lot of stairs which initially lead to the apartment. In the description there was an information about the lift but it was after some stairs.

Modern room with a large very comfy double bed.
For the breakfast service there wasn't enough breakfast snacks left out for the number of guests and also no milk available to make a cup of tea.

Comfortable bed and pillows in the rooms. Lift was good, as on the 4th floor. Rooms close to the metro for easy access to other areas of Naples and Naples Central. Both rooms had great air conditioning which was included in the price of the room. A great part of Naples to stay in is Vomero, it is definitely one of the best places as local and friendly. Great shops, restaurants and Gelato! This place is a great base and most of the day is spent exploring. Good value for money.
The fridge in the double Vanvitelli room doesn't work and the shower head needs replacing too, as hardly any water came out of the rain shower head which was poor although the water did get hot. The shower in the twin room was cold.

The property felt very secure, with multiple access points required to get in. There were also plenty of restaurants nearby, and the host was responsive whenever I reached out.
Unfortunately, a few of the amenities weren’t working properly. The fridge wasn’t working and could have been cleaner, the Wi-Fi wouldn’t connect, and although the AC was running on the cool setting, it didn’t provide much relief.
One little tip—don’t sleep right in the middle of the bed! The two mattresses pushed together tend to slowly separate. 😂
