This very comfortable flat was more about the location than anything else. Just one minute walk to the metro station where we could get around anywhere we wanted to. Plus by foot we were just minutes away from the Duomo and other major local attractions. Flat was very secure and nicely appointed, although a bit aging. Only complaints were that the refrigerator didn’t work during our stay and it was not repaired in time, and the side street below could get a little noisy during the night. Other than that it was a wonderful place to stay during our week in Milan.

Location is excellent. Walking distance to a lot of attractions. Metro stop close by for everything else. Can be a bit noisy at times with the construction taking place in the area, but it was a very minor annoyance.

Great place to stay in Milan. All the comforts of home. Very central with local sights within walking distance. Owner very accommodating. Check out Barlafus across the road for great lunches - pastas, & daily specials.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. But check in was dis-jointed. We also tried to change dates at the last minute and so we had a lot of back and forth on when we would arrive, so I blame us more than the owner. It's really a lovely refuge away from the clamor of Milan

Our first trip to Milan. We need a quiet location, with facilities to do laundry, close to the Duomo and the Teatro al la Scalla, and this location was PERFECT! Check in was easy and thorough, location clean, appointments accurate, and the home felt like home. Highly recommended to families and especially couples on a romantic holiday!

Contemporary, comfortable, and clean. Great location. Less than a block from great food, and shopping in historic district. Directly across the street from beautiful park and castle. Less than 10 minute walk to Duomo. Our "concierge" Pablo was friendly, helpful, and easy to contact if needed. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Overall experience was excellent. GREAT location. GREAT personal service. GREAT apartment. Only 'issue' was the toilet seat in one of the bathrooms which was ajar and kept sliding around. When I did the check-out with Pablo, I mentioned it and he was aware of the problem so it should have been attended to before we arrived. Everything else was SO wonderful that this was a minor annoyance but one that should have been handled ahead of time.

The apartment was perfectly located and very comfortable for the four of us. Pablo was awesome. The location has many restaurants close by and a very short walk to the Duomo. The bedroom was comfortable, the bathrooms were very clean and the sofa bed was also good (used by my father who said it was comfortable). Would recommend this apartment to friends and family and will hopefully stay here on our next trip.

Beautiful apartment in an unbeatable location. Walking distance from the Duomo, Castello Sforzesco, alla Scala, Quadrilatero della Moda, and anything else that you want to do at Milano. We even walked to Naviglio Grande. Besides the location, the apartment was pristine... nicely decorated, quite, and clean. Thank you Pablo. I just hope we can visit again soon.

Hard to believe this elegant, cool, quiet apartment is just minutes walk away from the Duomo and the bustling Galleria. Plenty of space for gathering or private "me" time, when our teenage daughter had socialized with us enough. :) Excellent wifi (again... teenager!) and a/c. Beautifully designed furniture. Pablo, our local contact, was amazing! He recommended great local restaurants, printed train & airline tickets for us, and arranged our taxi when we (sadly) had to leave. We loved our time here so much, it was difficult to go. Will absolutely return.

Great apt in Amazing Location! The apt has everything you could ask for if you were actually living on it. I would rent it again or recommend to friends. Owner/manager very responsive.
Only two concerns: bed was a bit hard and A/C doesn't really work before June 1st.

5 Star experience. Stefania (owner) and Pablo (property manager) were communicative, friendly, and accommodating. Condo is well appointed, clean, quiet, and centrally located for easy access to all major points of interest. Would definitely stay again on any future return trip.

The property was very nice as you can observe in the pictures. Everything was clean and specially it is in a great location where you have restaurants and you can go for a walk.
