Great house with great shared spaces and good sized bedrooms. Location is perfect if you’re bringing your boat. Close to the Gulf Pass, sand bars, fishing spot, and restaurants. The pool is crystal clear and a great way to end the day after being out in the salt water all day. Would stay here again 100%

Maureen went out of her way to accommodate us at the last minute! We all went down to move my mom out of her home so it was a very stressful trip and the home was so nice to go back at the end of the day! I didn’t feel like we were a guest somewhere, it felt like going home. The kids had an amazing time swimming in the pool and gave them something to look forward to after a long day. Everything you would need is already there for you. Wish we had more time to enjoy the kayaks, bikes, etc! We will definitely go back!!

Everything was better than the pictures and the descriptions. This is a lovely little gem and would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

We were looking for a quick getaway on the water, with a dock, and a pool and came across your home! We were excited to find a place that could accommodate our boat at the dock and also our trailer overnight in the driveway. The boat ramp was just across Palma Sola Bay. The property and home was 1,000 times better than the photos or description! So much time and attention was put into making this house the perfect tropical vacation home! Each and every room was thought out in much detail, including the set up of the pool, and all of the indoor and outdoor sitting areas. It was also spotless, comfortable and safe. We spent most of our time outside on this short visit - in the pool, in the kayaks, and in all of the sitting areas with both our cocktails by evening and our coffee by morning. We were so surprised to find bikes, fishing equipment, coolers, and so many other extras that were not even mentioned. Beautiful home in a nice quiet area, with lovely neighbors. Perfect for families! We cannot wait to book again and stay a bit longer!

This home is even better than the pictures! Owners were extremely nice and respond promptly to any correspondence. Enjoyed the quiet of the neighborhood and the canal as boats left and returned. The pool was heated and we used it everyday! This home is so close to everything we wanted to do on the beaches, ad great restaurants, all was easily accessible on Cortez Road. Thank you Maureen and Jason for a great week!

We stayed here as a family of four in March 2023 and were very happy. The heated pool was great, especially for my young kids. We had everything we needed, stocked kitchen, bedding, towels, and even some cold beer and wine was provided which was a nice touch. The canal was great, was pleasantly surprised by the marine life, including dolphins. If I am being picky, could use a new bbq, and there were some screen panels missing on the roof of the lanai. but these were minor concerns. Would definitely come back.

We had a great stay at this property. A few little things cake up but nothing that stopped us from enjoying our stay. The pool was so great. We spent many hours floating in warmth. Traffic is crazy there but we just took it in stride and enjoyed our time.

This place was great the heated swimming pool the family had a great time. Very convenient to all the restaurants and beaches. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a great time staying at this VRBO. The house is spotless, extremely well stocked and had everything we needed! The kayaks were great fun and we loved the heated pool. The owner was quick to respond to messages. Would absolutely stay here again!

The entire space was immaculate. Excellent TVs in each room with access to streaming services. Lots of things provided.. More than I would have expected.. EVERYTHING needed for both bathrooms. Plenty of dishwasher tabs, hand soap, dish soap, paper towels. I really couldn't ask for more. The pool was very clean and warm with beach towels provided (even though we didn't end up swimming). Outdoor eating areas in the shade and another in the sun. Well kept outdoor furniture with plenty of seating for many. I enjoyed my time in the sun on the adirondack glider. Being on the canal brought cool breezes and a peaceful vibe. Plenty of space for parking. Owner was kind and responsive to any questions. HIGHLY recommend.

The property is comfortable and welcoming. The kitchen is well stocked, the bikes and kayaks were a great bonus! We would happily stay here again!

In town for a Family Thanksgiving. We wish we had more time to enjoy all that was offered. Very beautiful and clean home. Pictures do not do it justice. Host was very accomidating and cocerned about our arrival and well being. Loved the morning coffee out on the water.

We truly enjoyed this property! We were able to cookout, swim in the pool, fish and kayak in the canal. The inside of the house was clean and had everything we needed. The location is perfect - easy drive to the beach, groceries, shops, restaurants, IMG Academy, Sarasota and more. As others have stated, the one challenge was the no-see um type bugs in the evening. But bug spray works and a citronella candle.

This was our 2nd time staying here while visiting our son and his family during his time in dental school. We celebrated Thanksgiving down here a couple of years ago and when looking for place to stay for his graduation this week, this was the first place we looked and fortunately it was available. Comfy beds, cold A/C, heated pool and a well stocked kitchen.

Our family loved are stay at location. Very clean and and supplied us with all our needs we really didn’t even have to leave the house. Would definitely stay again.

The house was super clean, had everything we needed, easy to find and super simple to get to AMI from here. Host was great to communicate with. The place is absolutely beautiful with a great pool, patio and dock area to hang out side. We were more than pleased with our stay and definitely recommend it!
