Ein Schlafzimmer hat ein französisches Bett und das andere hat zwei Etagenbetten, so dass insgesamt sechs Personen darin schlafen können. Es gibt ein Schlafsofa in der Höhle. Die Höhle, die Küche und der Frühstücksbereich sind alle sehr offen mit hohen Decken und die Veranda dient als zweiter Wohnbereich. Auf der Wasserseite gibt es ein riesiges Deck zum Grillen und Unterhalten und ein zweites Deck näher am Wasser.
Es gibt viele Restaurants in der Nähe… Niffers am See, Oscars, Poplar Dawgs, Table 34, Lake Martin Pizza und Home Plate Cafe, um nur einige zu nennen. Smith Mountain ist gleich die Straße runter, wenn Sie eine Wanderung machen wollen, eine echte Wanderung! Es ist eine Menge Spaß für die ganze Familie. Jordan Hare ist ca. 30 Minuten entfernt und somit ein großartiger Ort für einen Kurzurlaub in der Wildnis.

Excellent choice as we visited our daughter at Auburn University, an easy drive and very relaxing.

This was our second stay at Randy & Toni’s home. Everything was clean, as usual. The area is quiet and the perfect spot on the lake as it’s only a short drive to all the local restaurants and gas stations. That side of the lake is also peaceful and very little traffic. We love it there.

Cabin was excellent and had all the amenities we needed. Beautiful location and the group all agreed that we would stay there again on the next golf trip. Owner was easy to work with also. Overall, could not have asked for a better experience.

This is a wonderful property if you want a peaceful quiet lakefront stay. The property comes stocked with everything you need to make your stay worry free. Communication was great. We even had an emergency that required us to stay in the area longer than planned and they were great in helping us extend our stay. I can't say enough good things about this property.

This house was perfect for our family to relax and and enjoy our son’s graduation weekend in Auburn. The hosts were wonderful to work with and the home and amenities were top notch. The view was beautiful and it was even a blessing to be able to include our fur babies! We’ll definitely stay here again!

The house was even better in person than online! It was perfectly suited for our needs. It was easy to locate and the directions were great! We had a slight hiccup before we arrived, but we were informed and the host stayed in touch until the issue was resolved. We rented a boat, relaxed, visited and had the best time! Lake Martin is beautiful and has captured our hearts, as has this house!

My brothers and I rented 3 homes within a mile of each other and ours was the absolute best! So comfortable and so peaceful! It was represented perfectly in the listing and we will definitely be back if available. We were celebrating our mom’s 80th birthday with all of my nieces and nephews and their kids as well. I was very happy that my mom stayed with us in this cabin. It was perfect!! The hosts were fantastic!

This house is loaded with everything you would need to enjoy Lake Martin with family or friends especially if you travel with a pet. Owners are quick to reply to any requests and were very accommodating when we need to check in early from a long travel day. I would and have recommended this house for anyone looking to enjoy this area.

The house was perfect for my family. We had our own private pier but there’s an inlet wrap around boardwalk for all to enjoy! You can walk to the pool from the boardwalk. Paddle board and kayak all around the area, (two paddle boards and one kayak furnished). House was beautiful, clean, and cozy. Thank you for a great stay.

Our family had an excellent stay. This was our first rental experience where it felt like someone was sharing their home versus “running a business”. The cabin was very comfortable and well stocked with necessities as well as thoughtful extras. Beds were comfy, location is great, owners are very communicative but unintrusive.

Although it rained most of our trip we still made the most of it. The lake is absolutely beautiful and I highly recommend bringing your boat or renting one. Chimney Rock was such a fun spot. My daughter loved jumping off the rock and we also enjoyed pulling our tube behind the boat on the lake. Community pool is clean and close to the house. Highly recommend trying Niffer’s and Oskars Cafe. Both had wonderful food and excellent service. We look forward to visiting the area again soon! Thank you for allowing us to stay and enjoy your lovely home.

Fantastic Auburn Game Day rental! Owner had great communication, property was just as described, plenty of room for two families with kids, beautifully decorated, and kitchen was well appointed for cooking! This one checks all the boxes and was a great experience! We would not hesitate to stay again and would recommend to anyone!

We spent most of our time on campus to see our AU student so we didn’t get to fully enjoy the lake and paddle boards. We will look at booking it for graduation when we can enjoy it more. We spent most of our time on campus to see our AU student so we didn’t get to fully enjoy the lake and paddle boards. We will look at booking it for graduation when we can enjoy it more. The owners were sooo nice and the home was adorable and very comfortable. Bed was a little firm for me. We enjoyed the little cove on the lake. The only disappointment was the location of the nearest boat ramp. Next year we have reserved a home with a boat ramp. Houses were a little close. Other than that, we thoroughly loved our stay there and even met a neighbor who knew aerospace engineers my husband knows.
