Stargazers ist ein zweistöckiges Haus mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern für bis zu 12 Gäste. Direkt vor der Haustür befindet sich eine Ladestation für Elektroautos (NEMA 14-50-40 Ampere). Die voll ausgestattete Küche umfasst Küchengeräte aus Edelstahl, Granit, eine Müllentsorgung und einen Geschirrspüler. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über Sat-TV, WLAN und einen wunderschönen Felsenkamin (Brennholz in der Saison zur Verfügung gestellt). Das Hauptschlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss verfügt über ein angeschlossenes Badezimmer, während das vierte Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen Kamin, eine Futon-Couch, einen Fernseher und einen Spieltisch verfügt. Draußen auf dem privaten und abgelegenen Deck gibt es einen Gasgrill, einen Picknicktisch und Liegestühle. Dieses Haus ist rollstuhlgerecht und verfügt über ausreichend Parkplätze.

This property was great for our large group. Great wraparound deck for sitting outside enjoy enjoying the view, including a waterfall that is walkable. The only drawback was that the layout was a little funky downstairs. The main floor had two good bedrooms and a bathroom connected to one of the bedrooms. The lower floor had access to the driveway. The drawback was that the fourth bedroom was only accessible by passing through another bedroom or going outside. The fourth bedroom also shared the game room which was not separate. Overall, it was a great place for my family. Decor was dated and it needed a little love, but the main reason we were there was for Yosemite so no real complaints. We did have one issue with a smoke detector going off, but we called maintenance and they came out right away to fix it so kudos to them.

We found dirty dishes and a sock under a bed. But everything else was fine, very comfortable.

Wawona is such a beautiful area! We absolutely loved staying at the Redwoods Stargazers Cabin — being surrounded by the majestic redwoods was incredible. One of the highlights was having both the swinging bridge and the Chilnualna Falls trailhead so close by. Being able to start such a beautiful (and a bit strenuous) hike right from the cabin without having to drive anywhere was amazing.Yosemite Village was about an hour’s drive due to road work, but that didn’t take away from our experience — we love Yosemite so much and will definitely be returning next year to stay at the Redwoods Stargazers Cabin again.The cabin itself was well equipped with plenty of pots and dishes, which made cooking easy. Just remember to bring your own cooking supplies and groceries if you plan to use the kitchen. The small convenience store nearby was also a big plus.We can’t wait to return next year!

Would have been a good stay had the basic cleaning been performed. We walked into the home, took off our shoes and socks, and after a few minutes of walking around, our feet were black. We had kids and babies that we wanted to lay on the rug but there were crumbs everywhere. Lucky we found a vacuum in the closet and vacuumed the floors ourselves. I’m not sure where the cleaning fee for this place is going but it’s definitely not going towards cleaning the home. One positive is that the maintenance guy showed up in minutes with propane when the grill ran out. We wish that this level of service was applied to the rest of the operations at The Redwoods In Yosemite. We will not be staying here again.
